I just caught the interview on the news, fairly standard out of contract phrases like "its all about how the finances are", "turning 30 next year and i'll need to consider my families future" etc. To be honest he didn't sound too positive at all

Oh and id give JDV another years contract, seems to have found a decent level of fitness and after a run in the team he was coming onto a game these last few weeks, barring Hamilton from the sounds of things.

And thats before even getting onto the fact that Miller signed a 3 year deal less than a year ago, it will take real money to sign miller, and after the board seeing how much cash can be made from playing from europe there is no chance he will be allowed to leave before that contract nears an end. I'd agree, thought mackie was good too. Kerr didn't get MOTM, JDV got the sponsors motm and i believe he got the bbc one as well I voted for JDV, thought it was his best game in an aberdeen shirt my a mile although miller was fantastic and ran him very very close, made everything stick upfront and brought so many players into the game

I wouldnt say he is being missed this year, not since kerr and macdonald formed a decent partnership. Unless you've still got a bit of a crush on him....

Mackies goal was a lot better than i gave him credit for at the time, good finish from him! Think we dominated the game yesterday without every really finding our top gear, and there seems to be a real feel good factor about the team just now which is pleasing!
