  1. Fucking awful result, first 10 mins we played exactly as we should have, pressing them every time they had the ball. Downhill from there though. How that ended up 3-0 is beyond me, massive let down against a very poor rangers team. Taylor needs punted, immediately.
  2. I really really really hope we break those delusional useless new team wankers tomorrow. Nothing less is acceptable... finish them off deek
  3. Because that's exactly what was said of course... That dreadful pitch is looking particularly good today by the way
  4. Pitch in good condition? now there's a turn up for the books Considine will be tied 9th on the all time appearances list according to twitter, good on him... can imagine he'll climb quite a bit higher too.
  5. The various Facebook and twitter pages was also littered with the same hysterical pish, it's been quite sad really.
  6. It's a real shame nonsense like that and the milne conspiracy pish has taken over this thread, the discussion was pretty well thought out, balanced and informative until then. Big to yourself and Tom_widdows on explaining why developing pittodrie isn't feasible anymore, just wish the club would go into the same level of detail to finally put it to bed.
  7. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the first half with a Dundee supporting friend of mine. For some reason we had to leave at half time Some outstanding attacking football, here's hoping we can carry that form into tomorrow and Sunday.
  8. Fair enough, I'll take your word for it given it's looked poor lately. He's also been quoted in the not too distant past as saying how good a job the ground staff do too thought, considering the club spent a sizeable chunk of money relating the pitch just a couple of years ago I'd say it's unfair to claim the pitch is being neglected to any large degree.
  9. Who's asked you to provide audio clips? All that was asked was if you had anything at all to back up what you said... yet you've been unable to. If you choose to believe the club are going around telling anyone that'll listen that the club will definitely die if this development isnt approved then thats your choice, it's hysterical nonsense but you crack on. Just one further point, when has the manager criticized the state of the surface? Thought it was in pretty good nick at the start of the season? Admittedly it was looking ropey after the heavy rain at the start of the year. If you're adding that to the rest of the points you've managed to dream up you crack on. Imagine that... wanting to form opinions based on actual evidence or facts, it'll never catch on
  10. To say anything negative about kingsford is swept aside etc is pish, you only need to read the replies to see that. You've also completely avoided posting any facts or actual sources at all, despite having plenty opportunity.
  11. How about... erm... having to move as redeveloping the existing site to anywhere near the same capacity is impossible?
  12. There's a good chance topcorner has posted this... i agree though
  13. I really really hope that's the case
  14. Two of those statements say nothing of the sort and the other is borderline at best. Try reading them properly. Tiresome.
  15. Hits the nail on the head for me.
  16. A believe a new station at cove is proposed as part of the city deal. Whether it happens is a different story, but I'm fairly certain it's been proposed.
  17. Except it can't be, not to anywhere near the level or capacity we need. That's not based on wat the club have said, you just need to read the simply put professional opinions on the couple of people on here with first hand experience of stadium planning/design. Christ I really wish the club would just release their back up for this as it'll finally put the ridiculous notion that the existing site is big enough for a modern stadium to bed.
  18. Aye sorry my last reply was totally off on a tangent. Suspect you're right about the number of folk for Loriston compared to Kingsford, suspect it's now a case of "oh it'll do" as options are pretty much exhausted rather than genuinely favouring Kingsford over Loriston. Not sure Loriston is demonstratably better than kingsford unless the train station does go ahead, much and such the same for me but agree the station changes it as far as I'm concerned.
  19. Provided the train station ever materialises then I'd agree Loriston is better. Doubt there's any improvement as far as walking goes despite being closer but a train would swing it. Would rule out a training facility on site, no big deal from an operational perspective it just means the club would require additional funds.
  20. Looks like McGinn is off, McInnes has been quoted as saying so anyway. https://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/fp/aberdeen-fc/aberdeen-mcinnes-mcginn-jack-taylor-tansey/?utm_content=bufferf7929&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer Here's hoping a little more time leaves Jack set on staying. As for Taylor, well ...
  21. Hopefully not a replacement for Jack but seems to be a good addition to the squad based on the reaction of my Caley supporting mate. Good to see McInnes getting his business done early and quietly! Now to get Jack & McGinn tied up *fingers crossed*
  22. Yet you're unable to provide any quote at all from Milne and one from Yule which is nowhere near as strong as you're making out? I wonder why that is?... I'm going to file this along with the other claims you've made (and completely failed to back up with anything apart from your own imagination) in the folder marked "pish". You're right though, you are getting boring.
  23. At what point in the first two quotes does anyone say the club will die? Nowhere from what I can see. The third one is a headline, if you're genuinely going to use that as an example you could at least use the full quote, not the sensationalist headline. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/aberdeen-could-cease-exist-50m-9723811 Now admittedly he does say that if proper facilities are not found then the long term future of the club is at stake, no denying that... it's hardly a hysterical "if the kingsford plans arent passed the club is dying" though is it? Can you imagine any business being secure in the long term without adequate facilities? Not completely unreasonable to say even if it is probably just a statement to try and pressure those in power towards helping to secure the clubs future.
