Well that was shit. I've never really got the hype around fergie but he's awful today. Slows the game down every time he gets on the ball. Decision making is lousy. My two Bob from today. Too tired after the early trip to look earlier. Started under the cosh and slowly came into the game. Kyogo had fantastic movement and instinct. I put the goal more down to his sharpness than our marking. Then we started to turn up. We seemed split across both sides of the pitch with nobody holding the middle of the pitch. Putting them under real pressure before half time and with more composure around the box. Should've gone in even. Second half. Midfielders turned up. Brown and Ferguson started to win it in there and after our goal there only looked one winner. We had our chances and had Hayes or Samuels had a bit better decision making, should've killed the game. Then fucking Rogic came off the bench to do what he does to us every fucking time. He's crap all season and always turns up to bury us. Quality of the play at the 2nd can't be argued although I think that had brown still been on, this may have been dealt with before Rogic could turn on the edge of the box. Not hitting the panic button yet. Fingers crossed for a couple of goals at Dundee. Once the three points come I think we're more than capable of climbing the table by the year ended

The kick out was poor. His effort at the near post was equally poor.

I think we've clearly dominated a lot more of the ball than we did previously and I'm sure the stats reflect this. ( Although maybe not last week ) We just can't hit a barn door or defend for 90 mins. Someone mentioned forcing players into a shape and I agree. When the full backs were playing at the start of the season, they had freedom and created chances. Now cramming in an extra midfielder means that they have less space to move in.

I'm optimistic that at some point the goals will come back. We now have too many options for it not to happen. On Gallagher, I expected better but mcrorie had been a bombscare back there . I thought bates made a difference and if Gallagher and bates play together, we might see something more composed at the back. Clearly doesn't want to drop Ross but he doesn't know where to put him. It's maybe time more pressure was put on fergie, ojo and brown by Ross and Matty. All that said. I think that we'll have a 3-1 thriller.

Poor first half. Too many hiding. I know it's controversial but for me, big Joe downed tools about a year ago and goes through the motions. I've not seen him have a great game for a long time and nothing is ever his fault apparently.

Brilliant performance. Some great goals, attacking threat, control of the midfield and some youth thrown in for good measure. Let's hope this is the kind of passing football that we can expect this year. Special mention to brown. He looked in great shape, won everything he went for and ran that game. I didn't expect miracles from him but really impressed tonight.
