  1. 5-0 now. This team aint missing their captain. COYR
  2. Not 'live-chatting' as im actually at the game. COYR
  3. taken from the "Thursday's football gossip" section of BBC: Aberdeen have been handed a boost when it emerged that Paul Hartley's red card against Motherwell had not taken the midfielder through the points threshold that would have triggered an additional two-match suspension. (Various) I stand corrected from my earlier post stating that he had a 3 match ban. To be honest I'm not sure whether this makes things any better. If he's on the park is he only going to get himself sent off . . . setting a good example to the younger boys
  4. 3 match ban for Hartley......well done Hartley, you're showing the youngsters how to play proper football and behave like a team member. . . . NOT
  5. This sounds like the same series that's been on previously rather than a new series as STV appear to be indicating . . .

    Sna

Mair sna'!!!!! Absolutely dinging doon in the deen and has been for the last hour......
  7. That's one hurdle down . . . .thank goodness for that...
  8. On a slightly lighter note, as I walked towards Pittodrie this evening, a Polis wifie stopped a car to tell them they couldn't drive nearer to Pittodrie cos there was a game on, the driver wound down the window. . . . . the reg plate was SM 21, she didnae ken it was Stewarty Milne!!!!
  9. I've just walked up the road from Pittodrie having left immediately the third goal went in. I'm still so angry and furious that all the only words I can find are "Fucks Sake Dons" and the bloody refs with green blood flowing through their veins!!!!!!!! Once I've calmed down tomorrow I'll be able to see the good points of the game but all that I can think right now is why is there no effin beer in the house when I need it!!
  10. In/Out: Still trying to decide, probably end up going Pre-match: Work Match: Either SS or at hame Post-match: Either walking hame or regretting that I didnae go Prediction 2-1 but not sure which way
  11. Agreed . . . I'm seriously debating whether to go to both Tuesday's game against Celtic and Sunday's game against Dunfermline. I don't have any confidence in the team for either fixture. I certainly won't be going to every league fixture at home in February if there is not a rapid improvement in the performance from Saturday
  12. I'll gie this a bash as donstalk on my nokia musicxpress is pish. Still trying to decide which handset to go for when my contract is up for renewal in August as I've borrowed the nokia from the other half. Any recommendations?
  13. I've never left a game early, but was sorely tempted on Saturday - not because I didn't want to support the team but cos I couldn't face watching them self-destruct even further. I'm even contemplating not going to the game on Tuesday evening which goes right against my beliefs and having a season ticket I'm at EVERY home game come rain, hail, shine or shite football! I am aware that since Pa Broon took over we have seen a massive improvement in the game play and in turn the results, but I really am at a loss to explain what happened on Saturday at Hampden . . . . . .
  14. Where were you sitting? We made a fair bit of noise where i was .......
  15. As far as comparing him to goalies in the rest of the SPL teams tho, he's pretty much up there . . . wouldn't want us to get rid if we then only replace him with some even less good
  16. I stayed till the end too, but the 2nd 45 were the longest 45 minutes of my life, bar none!
  17. but that would mean that there's EVEN less money in the pot for players .....or at least that's what they would say
  18. Right time to leave and start walking to Pittodrie for the bus . . . . COYR Enjoy the game folks . . . .
  19. Today is finally here!! Cannae wait to get to Hampden. Got an hour to get masel ready afore I start walking to Pittodrie to get the bus fae there . . . . COYR COYR COYR COYR

    Friday 3.30pm

nip to Asda for dinner when my man gets home from work, then quiet night in preparation for a wee bus journey fae Pittodrie to some place they call HAMPDEN! the morn. COYR
  21. +1 for Capitalsharpie - the SFA should definitely pay attention to the likes of Lenny T in order for things to improve. Tis the only way Now I'm going to have to stop being a tight-arsed Aberdonian and pay for Red TV so I can see these interviews and stuff. . . . . . Unless of course Capitalsharpie is going to type up the transcription
  22. In/Oot: In Pre-match: Bus fae Pittodrie leaving at 10am Match: South Stand Post-match: Bus back to Pittodrie Prediction: Win 2-1, possibly AET
