He had a bad landing after jumping in the air to head the ball. It was difficult to tell from where I was sitting whether it was his knee or his ankle he'd done but goin by the match photo on the afc website shows his knee all wrapped up with ice blocks or something. Sounds like he'll be out for a while

better make sure the upper stands are built strong enough to hold more than 8 people when they're jumping about and not let them go crashing through the floor ;-)

I think since they became ConocoPhillips their policy of associating themselves with sporting clubs etc has changed somewhat - ie the answer would be "no". Good idea in principal though.

Brown has said what we are all thinking. It's refreshing to hear a manager admit the weak spots in the team and hold his hands up saying he doesn't have an immediate answer. I just hope that the players can pull themselves together for tonight and get us through to the next round of the cup. Yip, I would go with nailbiting and tachycardic!! Maguire could have scored another 2 or 3 for us. Langfield had a couple of good saves to make else it could have been a different game entirely. We certainly did make it a whole lot more difficult for ourselves than it needed to be with silly mistakes and the usual guff that they come away with when they're not concentrating but the crowd (all 7K of us!) were really behind the team and I think that helped. I'm surprised one of their players, Imrie I think it was didn't get himself booked. A right moody gobby cunt he is!
