Balding, who I think is a very capable presenter, has portrayed ridiculous jingoism throughout the tournament. We are a nation of mild winters, small mountains and limited facilities. The obsession for medals at the Winter Olympics is ridiculous. They should just concentrate on showing some great sport instead. Balding has been a nightmare and has had to be corrected a few times by her guests. Hazel Irvine is great though. Proper sports journalist with knowledge and manners.

I was a little disappointed with McMafia. I enjoyed the intrigue of the first few episodes but it seemed to be dragged out as the series went on. It felt like 5 or 6 episodes masquerading as 8. That said, as a big budget BBC drama it had far more substance than the Night Manager IMHO. Collateral looks promising.
