  1. I doubt a verbal agreement would have much legality. And Dave King is one dodgy cunt, still facing lots of charges in South Africa. Good to see there's still more to the story though!
  2. It was seemingly the quickest Terry has ever put his kit on since Wayne Bridge came home early one night.
  3. This is painful stuff, it's currently got Chelsea written all over it after Robben's penalty miss/save. For fuck's sake. Praying for penalties. Mon the Germans.
  4. I'll take any of those options at the moment.
  5. Couldn't give a flying fuck who wins!
  6. Reynolds? I'd sign him in a heart beat. Him and Cadger FTW!
  7. Txiki Begiristain is seemingly Liverpool's new director of football. Surely to fuck Guardiola isn't going to Liverpool.
  8. Roberto Martínez 6/4 Rafa Benitez 2/1 Brendan Rodgers 11/4 Andre Villas-Boas 3/1 Fabio Capello 9/1 Frank Rijkaard 10/1 Jose Mourinho 14/1 Josep Guardiola 14/1 Paul Lambert 14/1 Martin O'Neill 16/1 Louis Van Gaal 16/1 Claudio Ranieri 16/1 Carlo Ancelotti 20/1 Guus Hiddink 20/1 Harry Redknapp 20/1 Sami Hyppia 20/1 Didier Deschamps 20/1 Marcelo Bielsa 20/1 Laurent Blanc 25/1 Steve Nicol 25/1 Jurgen Klopp 25/1 Gus Poyet 28/1 Steve Clarke 33/1 David Moyes 33/1 Sven Goran Eriksson 33/1 Roberto Di Matteo 33/1 Bob Bradley 33/1 Jurgen Klinsmann 33/1 Jimmy Calderwood 40/1 Graeme Souness 50/1 Kevin Keegan 50/1 Martinez seems an odd one. He's done well at Wigan, but surely Liverpool should be aiming for a really big name if they really want to be back amongst the big boys.

  11. Comparing Bremner with Barton is utterly ludicrous IMHO opinion.
  12. Goes without saying but Barton is such a disgrace. What a prick. The Man City game is quite compelling viewing, QPR are spoiling things for them at the moment.

Watched One Day Removals last night. Very poorly acted but to be fair, there were some genuinely funny moments, much funnier than some of the so called black comedies that have come out of Hollywood recently. http://www.stirtonproductions.com/onedayremovals/home/Home_odr.html Some great Aiberdonian banter in it
  14. The Daily Ranger sticks the boot in....to David Murray.... http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/2012/05/12/rangers-in-crisis-sfa-dossier-reveals-how-david-murray-was-aware-of-craig-whyte-s-record-86908-23856470/
  15. The funding wasn't coming from the council through, it was effectively a loan paid back through business rates or something. They weren't ploughing £90M in, unless something's changed. Granted, there's been a hell of a lot of pish written (from both sides) about this whole debacle. I would have liked to have seen something decent happen, but didn't think the "winning" design was the best. I don't believe that Labour have a mandate to bin it, given that the majority voted to take it to the next stage, which may or may not have lead to it being built but it should be going to the next stage IMHO. Union Street is a street of closed shops and bookies, we could do with something decent in Union Terrace Gardens.
  16. In what way?
  17. Great final point there CtS. Just to add to the mix, the two air ambulance helicopters that were grounded earlier in the week, are operated by Bond. Could all be coincidence though. But it sounds like the pilots did a great job today, whether it was needed or not. Doesn't look like a lot of fun:
  18. "Can now confirm my new 60min BBC Scotland Investigates documentary on Rangers crisis will be broadcast at 8pm on Weds 23rd May" That'll be followed by another BBC boycott then! Somebody seems to be having a competition to see who is the biggest cunt that can be linked with the Rangers takeover. First Souness, now Gordon Ramsay! Piers Morgan next perhaps?
  19. Correct on both points but it's still a bit worrying. I'm on a platform at the moment, West of Shetland. I got here through Bristows but the operator are in negotiations with Bond and from the chat on board today, nobody is particularly enthused by the thought of shifting to Bond. And, apologies, the second most recent (fatal) incident was not using an EC225.
