SFL board meeting today to discuss admitting newco. 75% vote in favour required. Chris McLaughlin saying still unclear which division.

The majority of their fans simply won't accept a Yes vote. They are offering to boycott clubs who vote "Yes" so they would have to boycott their own club! Like you say, it would be a horrendous PR disaster for them.

The whole newco vote has become a bit of an anti-climax, the important thing now is making sure the newco (if they are still able to put together a team) enter no higher than the lowest league in the SFL.
