  1. Funny you should say that Rico, as I've been thinking for a few weeks that he could be a possible replacement for Roos. Another possible could be the young Icelandic keeper that Elfsborg sold to Brentford for a couple of million last year. Not suggesting we sign him as won't get him on a permanent but maybe a season long loan to give us some breathing space to secure long term replacement
  2. Correct about County BUT as I said win next week we go onto 41 points and St Johnstone can thereafter only get to forty points meaning we ARE safe
  3. Victory next saturday and we are safe regardless of what happens in the remaining rounds of fixtures after that. That's the positive to take from today for me
  4. Livi and Hibs doing the business for us. Now if only we could up our game to the levels of last week and get three points here. A first half of very little excitement tbh
  5. I can be the voice of reason to your argumentative prick. Then again maybe not
  6. I guess they can no longer be called Buckie Luggers
  7. Jimmy out 4-2 down
  8. Apparently they were all warned about this back in December Nonetheless totally pissed off that the chicken fraudster has the chance to take a team into league fitba
  9. Jesus Christ We've employed a total fraudster Elfsborg currently 3-2;down with fifteen minutes to go and heading for a relegation scrap. Jimmy's is going to feel right at home here
  10. Rico & Al The new Saint & Greavsie or Cosgrove and Cowan
  11. In fairness Panda he quite possibly is, but in this instance we're not comparing apples with apples
  12. Completely agree with the last sentence. Not a fan of Kenny McIntyre to be honest.
  13. A passionate and undoubtedly truthful defence Panda My objective with my comment was not to single out the BBC as being any worse than any other media source in Scotland, but they are equally guilty in my opinion. Fully accept that the larger the fan base, the greater coverage a club is likely to get, however it is the manner of reporting that causes me issues. In any sports bulletin, mention one arse cheek and they feel they have to then follow it up with a story about the other cheek for fear of one half of Glasgow shouting media bias. Ultimately I think we all know what I mean
  14. Are we seriously suggesting that others, BBC included, do ? All Scottish media feeds from the same trough unfortunately
  15. He has said in time he would like to be his own man. I don't think this is the right move for him however and think it would benefit him to stay where he is for at least a season learning under Thelin
  16. Incredibly this is the most recent thread with his name in the title Hopefully this is a crock of shite and given the source it potentially is, but this is something I think we could do without https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-transfer-news/peter-leven-barnsley-next-manager-32653435
  17. Think like the Scales one, that's another ship that sailed last summer. Approaching twenty first team appearances this season for Watford.
  18. Meant to say previously, I had the conviction in my forecast to place a tenner on Miovski first goal scorer and 2-1 us @ 155/1. At least the dream was alive for the first hour
  19. Jimmy can obviously deliver a half time team talk One each, two minutes into second half
  20. Goal down already. Think Rico has called it
  21. Apparently not according to him and comments I have read elsewhere online. To be honest stopped paying attention to him as soon as it became clear that Roy wasn't going to sell him to us
  22. Tim suggested to me (and yes he was being completely serious) yesterday that in the summer they will give us Scales and £1m for Miovski and that of course we would take it. Deluded fuckwit doesn't even come close to summing that up
  23. I've had the impression (rightly or wrongly) that clubs from a number of Scandinavian countries target players in the African continent with a view to developing and selling on at profit. Will we see us targeting that market in the way we seem to have done with the Balkan countries ?
  24. Quite fucking right Rico. Somewhat delayed reaction to your post but only just noticed this comment. Even I didn't have the audacity to start it the third week in February
  25. Just home. Tired and emotional, what a fucking bounce in our end. Not good for a man of my advanced years. I have been to many a semi or final o'er the years and that one had the potential to be the greatest ever at Hampden. Going into the penalty shoot out, given the manner of how we got there I felt certain this was finally our day against them at Hampden. Haven't seen any TV pictures of the action, haven't yet read the comments on here but surely Robertson and his chums on VAR had a howler ?
