Wasn't pretty but by fuck it was welcome.
AFC of last season wouldn't have won that game.
Real determination about the team and a one for all mentality on show.
Three points next week against Killie will keep us undefeated going into the international break and then to the Arabs.
Thomson Jr will be rubbing his hands about how much he can fleece us for given the support that'll turn out that day.
Would love to see our strike force delivering on a regular basis, but at present not really caring where the goals come from as we keep getting them.
It is a pleasant feeling being a Dandy at work today
Not a hope in hell lad.
In case you hadn't noticed the Scottish Executive have got a bee in their bonnet about our drinking culture at present. Not going to reverse the ban on sale of alcohol in football grounds
Looks pretty good, be more confident about it once the finances are sorted out though.
Killie have a sports bar at the ground as well as catering for folk wanting a drink at the Park Hotel.
Whilst it can be busy enough on match days it does nothing the other six days of the week, and it is surrounded by houses. You would really struggle to get any use out of it outwith matchdays, unless they built it so that it could be utilsed for functions. Need to be creative there with discounts upon hire ( or better still free ) for season ticket holders or the likes.
Hope they don't put in pishy T Lager or Carling if they have a license.
Did he even touch the ball
Pretty far down the pecking order.
Wondered at the time why Strachan bought him.
Thing is where is he going to go to back in Scotland, given who all he has already played for
I'll see your Bryan Prunty and raise you Tom Jones, Keith Hackett, Mixu's brothers, Jim Hamilton, Walker McCall, Ingulfson
Sure in time I'll think of others, but been for a few after work
Whilst not a great fan of Ifil, there is no way he even rates in the top ten of utter dross I've seen in an AFC over the past forty plus years since I first saw us play
