  1. I still reckon Stevie May is coming to Pittodrie.
  2. Great day.....still undeafeted and youngest son had free online matching bet and put tenner on Chelsea and Liverpool ( thinking he couldn't lose with that ) and took matching free bet of 2-0 us with Rooney @ 28/1 as first goal scorer and stuck @ tenner on. Good day all round
  3. Would have gone through for this, but going to be played either night before golf trip to the Algarve or first night of golf holiday.
  4. Wouldn't count on it mate Phoned Partick today about tickets and they said there would only be a cash gate for away support if Aberdeen brought tickets back down with them and said as far as they were aware it might be that there will not be any left unsold and strongly recommended buying today from AFC.
  5. Not yet a done deal though. Loving Stooge's thinking re gazumping them.
  6. Can't disagree with a single word of what you've said there. Summed it all up when even Deliah Smith managed to maintain a degree of decorum (surprisingly) in his post match interview
  7. Featuring the late great Gary Moore
  8. It's getting better Take that you pigs
  9. Get the fuck in there ya beauty
  10. The fuck is the Victims away strip about. Fucking hurting my eyes watching this. Hópe the piggy cunts get fucking humped.
  11. Unless your missus in unlike any woman I've ever met, that's not very likely when moving or building furniture kits
  12. Donald Fagen - The Nightfly
  13. Greer must be about forty by now. Hardly one for the future and as far as I can see his only qualification to play for Scotland is that he plays in The Championship down south.
  14. Working for myself these days comes at a high cost, meaning this is actually going to be my first game of the season, but at least I've made it before August is out Not really sure how this one will go, and right now would settle for any kind of win to keep the 100% record going afore the Pigs (copyright Malmo) come a calling. Think we will leave with a further three points in the bag, but it might not be very pretty. In Pub in the Weeg Away support Back down the M77 1-0 (Considine)
  15. Confused by this. Thought McMaster worked for us as a scout in the Glasgow area ?
  16. 15406
  17. More in hope than anticipation, but c'mon the Killie.
  18. Title of this thread frightened me as I thought it was going to be about the ex Engerlund U21 internationalist upon whom we spunked either £75k or £100k depending on which story you believe. Have to say it is a lovely story. Have always thought that Wright @ St Johnstone conducts himself with a fair degree of dignity and is a decent fellow.
  19. You tell him boy.
  20. 100% with that Stooge. Again I have absolutely no inside knowledge, but genuinely do believe that Stevie May will be an Aberdeen player by 1st September.
  21. Smokescreen
  22. Like the look of The Unknown Terrorist and might give that a go. Only thing putting me of it is that I bought one of Flanagan,s other books "The Narrow Road To The Deep North" and frankly just couldn't get into it and gave up before I was half way through it.
  23. Reading this article on BBC website, I can see how you'd interpret it that way, but I don't necessarily think that's what is meant Jute. Think they are merely covering their arses in case the mystery injury is either Jack or McGinn. Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes has one injury concern but will not reveal the identity of the player ahead of the return leg with Kairat Almaty. The Dons trail 2-1 from last week's Europa League qualifying visit to Kazakhstan. If fit, Niall McGinn and Ryan Jack are certain to return to the starting line-up, having been used as substitutes in Sunday's win at Dundee United. Defender Mark Reynolds is a long-term absentee for the hosts. Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes: "We feel ready for it. "We felt ready for it last week and we're certainly ready for it tomorrow. "We're not prioritising one competition over the other. We know the financial rewards for getting through this tie and hopefully beyond. We want to do well in all competitions. "You have to adjust as the game unfolds but the fundamentals being you still need to stop good players having time to play. "When good players have time on the ball as they have, it can be a problem. "We just want to make sure we try and apply a bit more pressure all over the pitch from start to finish, really. "There is an obligation to try and stop the opposition, frustrate the opposition but also try and impose ourselves on them so they have to do a bit more work as well."
