  1. A feeble performance so far,got what weve deserved,.... nothing.Lumped a few balls up to Cosgrove to no avail.Get Wright on and run at them
  2. giving away silly fouls
  3. Try this http://cricfree.top/soccer/hearts-aberdeen-cfraaf6l?l=1508965473
  4. Cosgrove and Wilson start Not sure this is the formation, but personnel wise... Lewis Logan Devlin Considne Lowe Ball Ferguson Shinnie GMS Wilson Cosgrove
  5. The Spey is also a good place for salmon spotting. We did the Speyside way from Fochabers to Garmouth at this time last year.Loads of salmon louping out the water on our way down.Dolphins and seals waitng for them at the mouth of the Spey
  6. Got some Kiwi guests over, giving them a tour of the N/E and stumbled across a few wee places worth a visit because of the time of year. Stopped at the Falls of Feugh where there were salmon were trying, and mostly failing to get up the main falls.Worth a watch. Also made for Loch of Skene at sunset.Didnt realise this was where various flocks of geese gathered from all directions at around the same time of night.Pretty impressive sight.Great sunset too.Parking space and path on the loch side road from Garlogie to Dunecht Wee shout out to Crathes castle - Great wee woodland walks, and adventure areas for the kids
  7. Rarely go into Hearts away game optimistically.McKenna out v thier thugs is a blow, but Devlin and Considine have done ok in his absence Think Wilson,GMS and a pacy youngster could do more with the few opportunities we get,but if Sam looks up for it(his face rarely shows it),then no probs if he starts Prediction - take a draw, but go for a surprise 0 - 2 win. McLennan x 2
  8. TFIF. nice groove for the W/E
  9. 15k is about our average for semis the last few years.Hope we wouldnt be too far off that again
  10. Cant comment on the city centre ones,as we have to drive to our coffee stops. For good coffee,we vary between Cognito,Coppa and the Tree house. From hillwalking trips - Have a cafe run up Deeside via the Falls of feugh restaurant,Banchory,Spider on a bicycle,Aboyne,The Bothy,Ballater, and the Bothy,Braemar where you can sit on the balcony outside, above the river Cluanie if its fine
  11. Used to be a guy called Ulsterdon on Abmad, and not forgetting Rory McIlroy.....
  12. Mind waiting up to watch the highlights without knowing the score. Stunned
  13. Funnily enough,a Fergie documentary popped up recently, some of which i watched, and there was Thornley with the Giggs,Sharp,Beckham crowd training in the early days. Didnt realise he was so highly rated back then though, sickener for him...
  14. Dont know if he fully recovered from his near impalement by a box of crunchy nut cornflakes . Did he not reappear in Torry Spar at a later date or was that someone else? Abmad at its prime....
  15. Is there a time limit for one man to be in the same position? Must be about time for a natural change, though I seem to remember Walker and Farry in charge for what seemed decades. Could we have some influence on how our club votes in these guys.
  16. Buttery update - Dont normally go to Cognito,St swithin st for coffee, but the usual joint was closed so went in for our morning break.Wifie said she got her rowies from the Breadmaker,Rosemount which I'm a fan of.She heated them up in a panini press rather than grill or toaster. Affa fine, noticed the difference.Melted butter on a slightly crispy and flaky buttery.Rather good coffe too. Will relay any further important developments
  17. Even the Record described him as a 'total flop' with us,..its Maynard that deserves all the criticism.Finds his level, scores in one game, and thinks he's earned the right to mouth off.Useless tw@t
  18. Brief highlights
  19. If were talking about the crossfield pass from our half which GMS chested on in the other half, that was Forrester No word of MacLennans injury, hopefully nothing serious.Like the look of him more than Anderson
  20. A good win, scoreline as anticipated ,but dont think anyone anticipated the goalscorers. Not a huge fan of Cosgrove but if that helps bring him out his shell.... Like the look of McLennan.Strong and direct.nae sure the extent of his injury but a wee concern since he's had a couple injuries already. Defence was solid,Lowe was good,as were Shinnie and Ferguson. Look forward to seeing what we can do with an on form, fully fit squad
  21. Also not ruling May out yet.See what he does in a 2 upfront.Becoming a pain not seeing our strongest line up get a run of games, but should have too much for Smurn Lewis Logan Devlin Considnie Lowe McGinn Fergie Shinnie GMS May Wilson Sticking with an optimistic 4 -1 . ps ,impressive moving thingy from KITNS
  22. Have never understood how fans of the clubs Steve Bruce has managed, are able to build up any affinity with him, when he's jumped from one similar sized club to another, often in the same league. "Yes,City/Utd/Villa/Rovers/Town are the club Ive always wanted to manage etc"
  23. Heard this the other day also on the radio.Memories of playing it to death on the Lido juker in Elgin(one for big Al ) Still sounds good 40 years later
  24. Quite looking forward to this one, some decent signs at Parkhead.Wilson seems to bring more to the table, and in turn may tease more out of GMS,McGinn etc. A bit more optimistic than of late.... 4 - 1 Dons Wilson,GMS x2,Anderson (late sub)
