None other than Mark Fotheringham! He played with a guy called Kevin Franck who was on loan from Real Madrid at time. Ex-Aberdeen striker Bryan Prunty too! Scotland internationals Stephen McManus and John Kennedy plus future Scottish Cup winner outside of Old Firm St.Johnstone's Chris Millar also. David Van Zanten had a decent career with Hibernian and St.Mirren no? Legendary Parkhead player Stephanne Bonnes made an appearance. Surely this is evidence he's good enough for the Pitttodrie hot seat!! P.S. Yes that is the original team sheet I was given for the game.

Thing is would Mr Luis Lopes Duk have got sixty minutes off the bench had we not been 3-0 down after 27 minutes? Probably not but despite falling out of love with my team last four or five years I continue to back them with selections like these. At final whistle not that I'm religious or anything but we thanked God out loud for not messing up my Valentine's Day with at least a stirring comeback that won me £185.50 profit as we also did £9 Bojan Miovski First Goal (4/1) and £9 Bojan Miovski Two Or More Goals (8/1). If I'm honest Valentine's Day ain't great for me nowadays with it being the date my Mam was diagnosed with her primary Lung secondary Brain cancer eleven years ago before dying 55 days later. Sorry for going on but I wonder whether she too had a hand in taking my mind off such a hard day with Duk having won me this money last night. I firmly believe had she still been alive we'd have had so many great conversations about '911 Emergency Services' as I call our enigmatic duo.

Just done a quick bit of research. Bojan's thirteen goals have been responsible for SIXTEEN of our 25 points amassed in league so far. Scored in two of three League Cup matches that got us to Final too. Also opens scoring in Last 32 Scottish Cup tie. Wins us a point at home to HJK Helsinki in European group stage. That's seventeen of his twenty goals being responsible for a positive result. Of course he is paid to do that but the guy needs the burden taken off his shoulders at some point.

Simple question. Why has Duk not kicked on this season from last campaign like Bojan has??

Anybody get better than (9/1) like I got at a North East England betting chain? Given Bojan's current scoring form and us being the home team I couldn't believe price they were giving.

(4/1) on Bojan Miovski to 'Score First' and I ripped up the slip! Luis Lopes Duk 'Last Goal' (6/1) and he didn't even play! I have to wait 24HRS on Head Office at Chisholm's Bookmakers verifying we put Bojan bet on before being allowed to collect our winnings! Made my night that so it has!

I was looking more closely at Bojan's 34 goals in 72 appearances for us so far. One thing which has always puzzled me about scoring is why so many players rarely score two goals in a game regularly. Bojan has only scored two or more this season twice against Ross County and Livingston at Pittodrie both times. He's failed to score in sixteen of the thirty matches played to date. I'm not getting at Mr Miovski but am I expecting too much from a player not just him to get two goals or more in a match a lot more than it seems to happen? Be interesting to see how many times an Adam Rooney scored two or more from his 88 goals for us. Just a random thought and discussion shortly before a midweek league encounter in Perth!

Had a nice win on the football recently so rather than waste most of it over next few weeks I treated myself to a second design regarding thirty different characters from the other 241 folk I've picked on said Mad Sinister Mccal cartoon wrestling YouTube channel last six or seven years now. WASN'T DISAPPOINTED IN BELOW END RESULT! So hard leaving some people out but think those chosen are a great mixture. They'll be a few you'll struggle to recognise but please give it a go!

I've just seen a name on the Huddersfield Town team sheet against Manchester City that we recognised. Bojan Radulovic who scored against us at Pittodrie for HJK Helsinki is on bench for Yorkshire side after signing on Friday for a fee thought to be in excess of £1 million.

Can I play Devil Advocate and ask what do we do if both Bojan and Duk leave this window? I'd be heartbroken to see these two go but I'd rather them both go at same time than one or the other. I need them to see out the season together or not at all. If they do leave will it be a case of hoping a Kevin Van Veen can fill in for rest of season with Ester Sokler and maybe another coming in on loan to tide us over til Summer?

More and more every day I'm starting to realise how right David Bentley and Tommy Hoban were regarding how football is not for me anymore like it wasn't for them either. I think the modern day player is more bothered by their popularity on social media with their teammates first and supporters second than actually wanting to achieve anything memorable or great in their career and for me herein lies a large part of why we are as rubbish today as I've seen us for a very long time. Those representing our team just don't give a toss about us fans probably never have. Just a sign of the times in the game I guess. Not something I'm willing to put up with for too much longer it has to be said. Following your team is suppose to be fun and exciting. Not dull and stressful like it has been under Mr Cormack.

You know that Women's University Soccer Program from Southern New Hampshire that I've been watching since late 2019? I got Dante being an ex-college player himself and 2021 Hermann Trophy winner to send my girls a nice message. He did the below video from Helsinki a few weeks back. So I was talking with Mirabelle Maslin last night who is the lady from Augur Press that published 'Hemiplegic Utopia' for me fifteen years ago. She was saying one is looking to retire aged 76 due to a lot of ill health. This means my book will only be available second hand whether in a shop or online. Her children don't want to take her legacy on apparently. For those that don't know there is a chapter and a half about my time as an Aberdeen fan in the collection of short stories. So guys can we share this news far and wide please and get Mirablle and myself some more sales before this amazing woman calls it a day? Cheers. Lee.
