The BBC's Goal of the Tournament from Italia 90 is defo worth watching.

What a tournament that was!

Italia 90 was pretty dull from what I remember. Quite a lot of low scoring games. A few big talking points - Rijkaard spitting on Voeller's perm, Cameroon, Argentina being a horrible, turgid version of their previous self, Mattheus was outstanding and the Carabinieri getting their retaliation in first on the English in Bologna.
It's not about escaping. It's about getting out with a bit of dignity.
If you're in it, don't fucking moan about it, make it yours and leave a mark

I see Ronaldinho has retired. What a player, probably the most entertaining player of all time?

Wanyama's yesterday at Anfield is one of the best goals I think I've ever seen. Couldn't have placed it better with his hands and the power was unreal.

Salah's second goal was Messi-esque as well. Some game.

Highly underrated by those in England prior to his spouse move. Sublime footballer, he won’t be at Anfield for long.

I'm a man, and as a man I crave disappointment.

That's why I support Aberdeen Football Club & Scotland.

Better scoring record after the same amount of games than Suarez and Torres. It'll take a mental amount of money. More than what was paid for Coutinho I'd bet.
