Be interesting to see if it was squad rotation or some get dropped altogether. Would be classic DM to drop Wright after scoring. The guy scores a good goal after some decent play, that’s what we should be trying to encourage. Seems like McGinn is possibly unlikely to feature due to injury, but that’s our only major doubt (apart from those already out). 

 

Anyway, this lot got pumped by hibs not that long ago so we really should have enough in the locker to see them off with a professional performance. Hopefully it’s just not boring as watching paint dry. Their form is a bit patchy of late, despite their 5-1 demolition of Barry town in the last round.

Comfortable victory tonight but hard to judge the performance as they were very poor side. Would like to see Hedges start on Sunday. 

At the moment the Dons are supposedly Seeded (not sure how) so avoid the likes to Spurs, AC Milan, Wolfsburg, Galatasary, Basel to name a few.

I think if Coleraine manage to put Maribor out (currently in extra time and Maribor just missed a penalty) that Motherwell will also be seeded

Coleraine just knocked out Maribor on penalties

If they cancel the tournament now, then I think we win it on goal difference. 

There’s some really interesting teams in amongst that list. Superb result, just hope we can continue some of that into he league form. Tough I know given that the opposition were as pub like as we’re going to face. 

 

Looking forward to seeing all the goals, sounded like Hayes was a cracker. Only saw the first two goals before heading out the door.

Started to worry McInnes outsmarted himself with too many changes and formation change, but after the first goal it became really apparent they were shit. Much like last year with the impressive early European result, it’s all relative. Shout out to Hayes and hedges for two very good goals.

Still worry about to much chopping and changing of line ups and formations. We have two games a week for the most part so the bigger squad is definitely needed, but McInnes isn’t over good at managing form and squad rotation. Who knows what we’ll see against hibs, but we get info on potential suspensions for the covid 8 tomorrow, correct? Much like last year, we have good attacking players so really don’t need to play defensive tactics in league games, and that includes against the old firm. Lastly, mccrory strolled through this one, liking that guy!
