Was reading a thread on a St Mirren forum where they have been raving about Shankland, and attribute it to one of the many reasons that Ian Murray is useless that he doesn't give the boy more game time. He featured for the full 90 minutes in the Development League fixture against Hibernian in Peterhead. The experienced Nigerian lined up at right back although he can also operate at centre half. Daniel played for AEL Kalloni FC in Greece last season. Before that the 26 year old played for Reggina in Italy from 2008-2014. Quote
