DEREK McInnes today admitted he is still to decide who will form Aberdeen FC’s main strike partnership in the new season.

Niall McGinn, who scored 21 times last term and also grabbed nine pre-season goals, will continue as the club’s first choice hitman. But Aberdeen FC manager McInnes claimed he’s still open minded about who will partner the Northern Ireland international in Saturday’s Scottish Premiership opener against Kilmarnock at Pittodrie.

It leaves summer signing Calvin Zola – who has recovered from injury – Scott Vernon and Josh Magennis sweating it out to see who gets the nod this weekend.

I reckon McInnes will start with Magennis, who will then be replaced after an hour by Zola

Who has been starting pre-season?

Magennis. :( He shouldn't be starting for AFC football club.

RDL sold out (and looks like it will be near to that most the season, certainly it is ALL TICKET for every match)

Unfortunately the top is empty.

Unfortunately the top is empty.

Will that not be because it's not open all season round?  Would have thought some folk would have moved elsewhere...hopefully anyway.
