Mandelson more than helped Starmer become Labour leader and ultimately Prime Minister, by getting rid of Corbyn and the manner in which it was done. Starmer knew about Mandelson and Epstein, but still rewarded him with the Ambassadors role to the US. Everything Mandelson touches turns to shit. Karma's a bitch. Quote

The ring wing press will be going all out for a GE so they can get Reform in. Burnham will be found a seat, become leader and lead them into 2029. Rayner could be another option, but not with the tax thing hanging over her. Quote
Mason89 Posted 4 hours ago Report Posted 4 hours ago Andy Burnham might’ve saved the party but of course, they fucked him over too Big Brain 4D chess politics from the adults in the room Quote
TheDonbytheDee Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago Can't amend the above post, in reply to Kowalski, but the fall of Farage will be a great day. It will come, it may well be with them in office, but his fall will be from a great height and when he does fall, others will fall with him. Bring it on. Quote

A bit like David Kelly and Robin Cook New Labour was always lucky like that My biggest political regret is voting Labour in 97. I was young and naive. Not that it would have made the slightest bit of difference if I had voted for the snp candidate, Labour were always winning the seat. The most depressing realisation of my political life was around 2002. It came to mind that John Major is easily the best prime minister I've been around to see. It still stands to this day. Quote
