Motherwell v Aberdeen

ru8bj8.jpg

The event pits home fan against away fan in a race for money - you run from the half-way line, around a life-sized statue of Stuart McCall three times, then compose yourself to score past Motherwell's mascot, Claret, either from the edge of the box (the £100 ball) or the penalty spot (the £50 ball).

Why would we go into admin? Plan is to sell Pittodrie to pay off the debt?  ;)

That is Milne's plan. If he walks, we have a bank calling for us to sell Pittodrie (no option) and nowhere to play.

That will solve everything - we won't play so can't get beat and all you guys will have to find something else to moan about

Result  ;)

Foster apologises to his Aberdeen FC team-mates for slip

Brown refuses to blame his skipper

ABERDEEN FC boss Craig Brown today refused to slate Richard Foster for the slip that gifted Motherwell victory at Fir Park.

The Aberdeen FC skipper was caught in possession by the Steelmen’s substitute Robert McHugh, who then scored the only goal to claim the three points and leave Brown’s men second from bottom in the SPL.

Foster later apologised to his team-mates in the dressing room.

He didnt slip - he was tackled.

I assumed by "slip" they meant slip up? Because as 'Fold says Foster got binned and never slipped. Foster throught about hauling him down as he ran away from him but didn't. I guess he thought the covering player would deal wit it.

Just seen the highlights o the game!  Is it me or does Gonzalez look a bit of a liability!  :-\  He seems to go walkabout more than an Aboriginie would.  No yet convinced.  No seen him in the flesh yet so hard to be too critical.

I don't think it's going too far to say that he cost us a point at Ibrox. Their first goal was a sclaff and the ball trickled oh-so-slowly towards the net and he looked like Bambi on ice trying to get to it. Their second goal...  ::)

Unfortunately it would seem that he's shite.
