ANDRIUS Velicka aims to shoot down Hungary tonight and take another step back from his Aberdeen FC injury nightmare.

 

The on-loan Rangers striker is in the Lithuania squad to face Hungary in Ferenc Szusza Stadion, Budapest.

 

He is desperate to play to prove he is fit enough to face St Johnstone at Pittodrie this weekend.

 

Velicka said: “I want some game time for Lithuania tonight to help get my fitness and sharpness back.

 

“I am working hard to get fitter every single day and playing against Hungary would help that.”

Pretty long odds of him playing I reckon but if he does it's a fucking certainty.
