Thing is, I do rate Clement as a manager. I think their squad is poor though.

If they stick with him they'll likely improve eventually. Removing him and potentially appointing an inferior manager would do more harm than good to Rangers. But if they lose at Pittodrie the pressure on him would be enormous.

He is also on a deal through until the summer of 2028 I believe.
