Last time Aberdeen faced Motherwell at home in defence of the Scottish Cup, Stevie Kirk scored the only goal of the game. Motherwell went on to win the cup.

Assuming the pitch has dried out, I fancy us to run out 2-1 winners after extra time.

It will probably be off too because it's never going to stop raining

It's the second midweek for postponed games, so it'd be Wednesday 18th, three days after we play them at Fir Park.

I’m pretty confident of putting Motherwell out. Fuck knows why. I didn’t get into the business of supporting Aberdeen to be afraid of a Motherwell fixture though

Apparently, Aberdeen have never beaten Motherwell, at Pittodrie in the cup. Only been the five attempts over the years.

If this is true, I reckon we'll get this monkey off our backs tomorrow.

Provisional pitch inspection this afternoon apparently. So we may hear in the next hour that the game is off.

Confirmed that it's been postponed.

We can beat Motherwell and we should never be worried about playing Motherwell.

We're due a win and they're due a defeat.
