Summer 2026 Transfer Window

Firstly no intention to wind up Rico ( but it is a bonus) by starting this more than forty eight hours ahead of January window closing BUT as a squad we are all over the fucking place and even at this early stage I would imagine we all would have opinions on what need to happen over the summer.

Appreciate that certain things might be addressed in the remaining forty eight odd hours of the winter one BUT given our performance to date, coupled to us being manager less, I wouldn't stake any money on it

Thoughts lads and lassies

If we bought him, he publicly apologised, took out a two page spread in the P&J outlining all the different ways Huns are pricks, then did a penitent walk of shame from Union St to Pittodrie, I’d

Ramadani sell on clause money incoming.

Reported as 10% clause so 100,000 euros to be banked 👍

He was being linked with Inter for €10m+ last summer, some Turkish mob for €1m looks like a missed opportunity for a higher payout in comparison.

I assume his performances/work rate fell off a cliff last season or he has a really shit agent. Was the Serie A leader in yards covered IIRC. At that kind of fee he would almost be worth a punt at Milanovic + Jensen cash and Geiger wages.

Alexander Jensen has today left the club to join Allsvenskan side IF Elfsborg for an undisclosed fee.

All the best for the future Alex!

All the best, he could be frustrating but alway put a shift in

Shame for the lad, just not best suited to the Scottish game.

He must have really impressed them in the half hour or so that he played against them last season.

Now being reported in the Record:

"Aberdeen forward Marko Lazetic is poised to sign for Armenian outfit FC Noah.

The Serbian arrived at Pittodrie from AC Milan last summer but scored just four goals in 36 matches in all competitions.

And Record Sport understands the 22-year-old has completed a medical ahead of joining Noah, who the Dons played out a 1-1 draw with in last season's Conference League."

Here's hoping he starts a flood of duds ...

If we assume Lazetic and Milanovic are as good as gone I wonder who else they are looking to move on. I suspect palaversa would be top of the list as I bet he's on a higher than most wage and his good moments have been fleeting. Ambrose, obviously, but other than Yenghi who appears to have a clean slate with Robinson (which is fair enough though likely to be in vain) I can't really think of anyone else that I actively would like to leave other than Kjartannson on loan. I suspect Bilalovic and Keskinen will be kept unless a good bid comes in.

Robinson says he wants 2 or 3 more. Looking at the squad, and assuming we are playing 433, we need at least 2 wingers imo as we really only have the two above and Olusanya who can play there

By all accounts we're after Lyndon Dykes.

If we don't land him, Robinson might see Yengi as a similar type of player.

Calvin Ramsay might be available for loan, possibly even a permanent transfer.

Would we take him back if available?

Absolutely. Really decent player. Not exactly on the pitch but I remember watching him at Fir Park and for some reason that I can't remember the ultras on the bye line had singled him out for particular attention. He seemed to thrive off it. Booted the ball right in to them at one point if I remember right.

Thought that showed the measure of the loon, especially given his age at that time.

I'd easily have him back.

I'd love to see him fulfil his potential. Best young player I've seen at Pittodrie. If he can't do that because of injury or whatever, then I'd have him. Although I don't think we should be loaning players for positions where we have an experienced player and a young lad already competing, so it would be a signing only.

I wouldn't be surprised if a an English championship side take a punt on him. Maybe even an Italian team.

I’m not overly convinced Lazetic was given the opportunity to show his potential. For me there’s a player in there somewhere (certainly compared to Yengi and Ambrose) however it seems best for all parties if he moves on - but I’ll be interested to hear about him doing well in the future.

He was stupid. Tanking into challenges, whilst simultaneously not bothering his arse half the time. Got some nice touches in his locker, but a young lad that hadn't worked out how to use his body properly. I think he's two to three years away from being a player, but definitely has the potential to get there. Another guy that a loan move and game time would have suited, but that wasn't the idea when we signed him. The Gueye route might have been an option at one stage.

I would be fine with Dykes, he might not be the most prolific no 9 I've ever seen but he would certainly contribute.

Agree with Rico, would only have Ramsey back on a permanent

Going to go against the grain here regarding Ramsay.

Much as the heart says it would be great to have him back, it would have to be getting the Ramsay of old back NOT the one that has played less than twenty five games in the last four seasons.

Strikes me as too high risk, particularly given the level of wage he would probably expect. Get him on a pay per play deal and I'd feel differently about it 😉

He would defo need to be coming with a "I need to get back to basics and prove myself all over again" attitude as opposed to a "I'm a fucking big shot and you're lucky to have me back".

Think Lazetic had said he wanted to leave.

To be fair to him - although he appears to lack it on the pitch - he appears to be quite an intelligent guy. Think he knew he needed to take a step down to get playing and scoring regularly. Like you say, he might be at this level in two-three years time, but right now he's not good enough to lead the line for a club with top six ambitions.

Would add a bit of character that's for sure.

Know Hibs were very close to landing him in a previous transfer window.

If Liverpool do sell him, what sort of fee would they want considering the outlay they initially made on him (although, with the money Liverpool have, they should be generous and let the lad leave for free, imo).

I'd take him back for sure though if there was a possibility, even on loan.

If Ramsey is a top red, then he would play for us for free.
