DonsTalk Registration Agreement and Terms of Service
Welcome to DonsTalk (https://www.donstalk.co.uk). Before you can complete your registration and begin posting, you must read, understand, and agree to the following Registration Terms and Rules.
By clicking the "I Agree" button below, you enter into a legally binding agreement to abide by these rules at all times while using the forum.
Account Creation and Eligibility
Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account on DonsTalk. Anyone under this age is strictly prohibited from registering.
One Account Per User: Each individual user is permitted only one account. "Duplicate accounts" used to evade bans, manipulate polls, or disrupt discussions will be permanently deleted, and your primary account will face suspension.
Accurate Information: You must provide a valid, active email address during registration. This is required for account verification, password resets, and essential site notifications.
User Conduct and Posting Rules
As a member of this community, you agree that you will not use DonsTalk to post, link to, or private message any material that is:
Discriminatory: Racism, sectarianism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of hate speech directed at players, staff, fellow posters, or public figures will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
Harassing or Abusive: Personal attacks, bullying, stalking, threats of violence, or defamatory statements against other users are strictly prohibited. Challenge the opinion, not the poster.
Illegal or Infringing: Do not post links to illegal live match streams, copyright-infringing material, or pirated content. Do not discuss or encourage illegal activities.
Spam or Commercial Promotion: Do not use the forum for unauthorised advertising, commercial solicitation, affiliate links, or mass private messaging.
Privacy, Doxxing, and UK GDPR
We take your privacy and UK data protection laws seriously. By registering, you agree to the following data rules:
No Doxxing: You must never post private or personally identifying information about any other person (including real names, social media links, places of employment, or home addresses) without their explicit consent.
Private Messages (PMs): Private messages are confidential. Publishing screenshots or text from a PM on the public boards without the sender's permission is a serious breach of rules and may result in account restriction.
Data Processing: You acknowledge that the personal data provided during registration (username, email, IP address) will be processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
Moderation, Content Rights, and Account Deletion
Moderator Authority: The DonsTalk administration and moderation team reserve the right to edit, move, lock, or delete any post, thread, or profile content that violates these terms or disrupts the community. The decisions of the administration team are final.
Content Rights: You retain the copyright of the content you post. However, by publishing text, images, or media on DonsTalk, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the website.
Account Deletion & Continuity: You have the right to request the deletion or anonymisation of your account at any time under UK GDPR. However, to preserve the flow and context of historical football discussions, your public forum posts will remain visible but will be permanently anonymized (stripped of your username, avatar, and personal details).

DonsTalk is an entirely independent fan platform and is not affiliated with Aberdeen Football Club.
