Found her difficult to like during her career being honest,but had a wierd life for sure.Mother was as abusive,physically and mentally,as the Nuns/priests at the Magdeleine 'correction' centre she was sent to. Pretty messed up. Just a shame she wasnt able to navigate her way out to something more stable

Grew up in the early 70's watching the likes of Lee, Allan Clarke @ Leeds Utd, John Toshack @ Liverpool.

Absolutely loved Starsky & Hutch back in the day.

Had a decent run as a recording artist also. Sure I once read that he was the highest selling artist in the UK in 1977 or something like that.
