ill be honest I assumed he'd died years ago.He looked about 60 on Saint and Greavsie. Great show though, great player too.

He was only 45 when Saint and Greavsie started. He had been a heavy drinker for many a year.

Just want to say re Janice Long, that her and Annie Nightebgale broke down the barriers placed in front of females being heard on radio.

Even more so they didn't fall into the team of only playing mainstream music on the airwaves and have in many ways influenced my musical choices of today.

It has taken me a long time to get the opportunity to broadcast live on air but I have followed their principles and refused to only play commercial chart music

RIP Janice

Just putting in a wee placeholder here for Maxwell.

Odds slashed if she gets a plea bargain based on naming names.

That's the thing E.D he actually isn't that fantastic a singer but by christ could he reel in an audience and keep them entertained.

Without wishing to be flippant I guess heaven is no longer waiting.

Wim Jansen, ex manager of The Tim's aged 75.

Always thought he was a decent enough human being despite being boss of them.

Has been suffering from dementia for years apparently.

Barry Cryer

I couldn't stand Warne, but 52 is way too young and he was a one of a kind on the cricket pitch. R.I.P
