I was wondering the same thing on Saturday. Fair enough signing Hughes as cover for Milsom, but do we really need Rae?? How many central midfielders will we have next season? Milsom, Fyvie, Jack, Folly, Rae, Hughes, Osbourne One of them has got to be going?

Wouldn't say i'm a Clark hater. Don't mind him when he is in the middle of the park but he's just ineffective out wide. McArdle had more success getting forward!

I didn't think the game was that bad. Dunfermline had a few chances to score at the start, but we were comfortable for the rest of the match. We controlled the pace of the game and kept possession well. The match sponsors had clearly been tannin the booze in hospitality though as there was no way Clark was MOTM. He did put in a shift but a lot of our attacks broke down when the ball went to him. Was impressed with Consi, Jack and Vernon. Hughes looked decent when he came on. Seemed to be playing a more advanced midfield role though, rather than defensive.

Looks like Mackie and Magennis are offski, which leaves Vernon and Fallon, with Chalali and Megginson as backup. Room for another i'd say.
