This is what I was alluding to in my previous posts and what concerns me. There is a general lack of urgency surrounding the team and its quite bewildering conserdering a)we've got fuck all form b) we can't score/try to score c) they owe it to the fans to make something of this season!

I'm not denying that, but it just worries me that we can't win and don't look like winning. When did we last score more than one goal? It sounded again like we couldn't even get the basics right (Mulgrew especially) and only started to play football when Aluko came on. I just find it all rather concerning.

You didn't listen to the game? Motherwell more than dominated, absolutely battered us in the first half. According to the ommentators, Macdonald had his first touch of the ball in about the 30th min Starting 3-5-2 was a disaster and the commentator rightly said this was madness and I think it was about then we went 4-4-2. Second half we played better, but it sounded like we were continually at risk at conceding on the counter attack.

Fair enough, but that doesn't win games, its the other end of the park that counts and we're absolutely shite at it. I just don't feel that there is much to be positive about AFC at the moment. Well done to Langfield for saving a point for us and well done to Maguire for scoring.

That was terrible listening. Sounded like we lacked almost a bit of everything, especially a cool head in defence! I'm not convinced we'll win another game this season the way we are playing. We cannot seem to score more than one goal anymore, almost like we used all our lives up in January.

Completely agree, I hope Button and Brawn keep it up, and it was good to see Red Bull looking quite strong this season too. Thought Kubica had a great season last season, definitely one to watch this season. Wasn't there fears that the British Rallying season might not happen with loads of teams pulling out?

You were supposed to buy tickets before hand, but as I was informed by my mates in Munich, German public transport is effectively free because the Germans are honest people and pay for things! Still, I think that Loirsten is a bad idea and would have preferred Kings Links, but was there not also an issue with option to expand? I.e. there wasn't enough room? This was something that Loirston offered. As long as there will be good transport links (highly unlikely) I would be fine with it as I can't see the club choosing anything in the city limits.

Anyway, Button had a stormer of a qualification round! Pole again. Why was Barrichello moved to eigth on the grid? I missed most of the qualifiers. Vettel amused me in the conference afterwards, I don't sweat cos i'm still young! I just thought he looked like a german SS man.

Of course our club in the grand scheme of things will survive, but I don't think it will do the team's confidence any good before such a game. Who it is against is irrelevant, it will create a negative atmosphere before a ball is even kicked. We know our team, they will buckle, and Butcher has Caley playing survival football, against which I have no faith in our team. As i've said, by all means, hold it after the game if the result goes badly, but holding it before the game is just ludicrous.
