It was precisely why I raised the point about not living in Scotland. Yes, I miss the emotional attachment that following my team gives (obviously severely tested over the past couple of seasons) but hell, I pick and choose what games to go to and can actually enjoy a game of football.
Wholeheartedly agree, but it's a bit difficult when others are actively trying to ruin our game for us. Personally, as much as it pains me to say it, i'm glad I don't live in Scotland anymore, the last few months have shown exactly why.
The cynic in me agrees with this. I always thought that was missing from the original statement. The fact I specifically mentioned the bottom tier of professional football in my email to the club, it comes as no surprise that I yet to receieve a reply. Hopefully im wrong though.
Sounds like a complete mess. The bottom two facing each other 5 times? That's straight out of American sports play-offs. The Dutch eredivisie is a much better model that should be used.
It still concerns me that all reports are pointing the huns deceased in "div 1".
When will they get it through their thick skulls that there are 11 spl clubs. They are also entitled to nothing because the don't exist. The YouTube clip is perfect in summarising the situation
Precisely how one of my Tim mates said it as well. Seems to think that lawell has "taken the opportunity to have the moral high ground when it all goes tits up and is shown that we should have voted yes"...
To be honest they should have a play off between dunfermline and Dundee. No other way of really deciding it fairly. At the other end of the football league, hopefully cove
