  1. Happy days for a change. Game in juteville is massive for us. Lets hope the team remember to turn up this time. Folk on the radio were chatting about how we'll probably take 5k there, very much doubt that after the season we've had. Still, its not in our hands but we've got a chance, however small. What is it with us absolutely battering hearts and only winning 2-0. I mind that a few years back too, but hey ho. A win is a win. Smiling on a Saturday, forgotten what that was like. COYR
  2. caley 2-1 up at jakey road. Slim hopes of top 6 football are very much reliant on county getting something from their game at killie I think?
  3. 2-0, mcginns 19th goal of the season.
  4. Can't say I share your enthusiasm GS but it will be interesting to see what Mcinnes feels about his current squad.
  5. would be delighted with this signing, but I can't see it happening. There is no doubting he is destined for bigger things. Fingers crossed he'd like to develop his career under the guidance of McInnes though
  6. Excellent read that Al, where did you get that from?

    Celeb Deaths

    Richard Griffiths
  8. Haha I did wonder if that was what you were getting at
  9. Not unless the BBC are regurgitating their info (which is also possible)
  10. Veteran international Kenny Miller is set to call time on his international career to give younger strikers more experience. (Sun) Possibly the best news i've read in ages.

    Tax

I was once sat next to a huge guy eating tuna and egg sandwiches on a megabus to Glasgow. They were 5 of the longest hours of my life, I was sat on the window seat
  12. I used to be of the same opinion, but i'm now of the opinion that something needs to be done. From memory, I've been told to sit down at Pittodrie more than any other ground i've visited which clearly is not conducive to creating any atmosphere whatsoever. There are many more fanny's that have the club they deserve.
  13. I read elsewhere that the club have knocked back a fans proposal for making the Merkie a singing section without giving an alternative solution. Nice of them to ensure that there will be no atmosphere and ensuring the gulf between the fans and the club grows. I fail to see how they expect to be providing a family friendly atmosphere when families will cease to attend?!?
  14. I'm genuinely astounded that people care that much? The same team is getting picked (for the most part) so I expect the same results. As Mav said yesterday, the sooner this campaign is over the better and we look a million miles off from ever qualifying for a tournament again. Until Strachan or whichever manager grows some balls, we'll be fucked. I'm not sounding negative, just realistic at what I see in front of me (not a lot tbh be honest). I wasn't able to watch either of the past two games and I'm genuinely glad I wasn't able to. Both have sounded horrific. How Hutton still manages to get a game is beyond me.
  15. Meh, can't say im surprised or bothered. Wake me up when jenny miller and Caldwell stop playing.
  16. True enough, video footage available now: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21936890
  17. I see the game is subject to a pitch inspection.
  18. I fucked up, much like Mentor, I read it who i'd get rid
  19. I tell you what, it sounds like the club have acted exactly as we had hoped they had. Especially about trying to ensure the manager had time to assess the team in competitive games. Welcome aboard Deek!
  20. Aye, fair play to him but I actually felt for Rosberg more. Hamilton showed a lot of humility and clearly felt guilty about it (rightly so imo) but it was vey harsh on Rosberg. Still dislike Vettel immensely.
  21. Thank fuck for that!
  22. Haha never let Scotland get in the way of a result! I've been there a few times, certainly not the best place but i've always had a decent enough time there. It's a lot more expensive than you would think though! Missed the game so was relying on live text, didn't seem like i missed anything. Doubt i'll watch the game this week.
  23. Precisely, it is those kind of people which bring shame on our club. Highly embarrassing.
  24. +1 Fair point bobby, I just don't think we're worthy of big club status anymore. A tag that was justified and certainly should be given to us, but at the moment we're just a muddling mediocre club. Hopefully Derek is the one to change things.
