  1. Id almost forgotten about this waste of space: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36245660
  2. From Mezz on twitter:
  3. Good to see from McInnes, this is one of the most important summer's the club has faced in a long time. The league will be tougher next year and I would argue that the lack of investment has seen us finish where we have (and get dumped out of the cups). Two new centre halves, a no1 goalie, midfielder and someone worthy of giving Rooney competition / a partnership. This is exactly what I want to be hearing from DM. And good on him.
  4. Defies logic. Frustrating due to his off days but if he didn't have them, we wouldn't have him. Also got into more dangerous positions than church did.
  5. A frustrating game. I stopped watching after we scored the first, didn't really think we'd take anything from the game. Created a decent chance in the opening minutes which McGinn probably should have scored, then went missing for 50 mins. We actually played better football after our striker went off. The game could have meant something but our October wobble along with the Christmas one can be seen as the real game changers. We've got a good team. Just need the right additions this summer
  6. Don't think we're bothering with much in all fairness.
  7. As seems to be standard with the way we start at the tim dome, we had the opportunity to take the lead, don't take it, stand off a tim and he scores. Really shouldn't have been allowed to carry the ball as far as he did let alone shoot.
  8. This one feels a lot like what could have been, but we are where we are. Both our main strikers out for it so it will be interesting to see how we line up. Really hope we manage to get a result for three reasons: A) Try to achieve a further improved points tally B) Give the team much needed confidence that they can win there against them C) Delay their title party for another week I can't really see Brown coming back into the side, probably seen the last of him so expect Collin to retain his place. In / out: Out Pre-matcher: Flat Match: Flat Post-matcher: Park enjoying the sunshine and hopefully a win Prediction: 2-1 tims, Hayes
  9. So that's killie playing the winner of the play off between Falkirk and hibs.
  10. Precisely. Was reading the Guardian article about it yesterday. Who'd have thought it, the French saving British sovereignty. It's a shame that the American people haven't taken heart from their European counterparts who have forced TTIP into the gutter with all the mass protests but I guess it's not necessarily in their interests. Fucking Tories, selling the country up the river for a small kick back
  11. They really do want a return of the hibernian Derby next season. Here's hoping Raith can do the same in the second leg.
  12. Welcome aboard, there was a North West supporters club, but i'm not sure if it's still running. I'll have a look but there were definitely folk from Blackpool as well. Edit: found the guy, his name was Barrow Red and used to post on here, but not been on in a while. Email address was in the supporters club section so no issues with posting his email address: stevenherbert@hotmail.co.uk
  13. Seems like there is a campaign to get the team to wear one red and one white sock for the final home game, would be a very fitting tribute
  14. Aye. Our partners definitely bring the class, let's not kid on its us Really enjoyed the sake there, like their concept too. Out of interest, what was the music they were playing when you went? They were playing Mexican music when we went, complete confusion for the senses!
  15. Cracker of a game, end to end
  16. Very sad to learn of the passing of Norman Goldie, a true don! You'll be missed, especially the socks !
  17. 10 games?!? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36191093
  18. Nuttal scored for the u-20's against the tims yesterday, wonder if we might actually see him get a chance on the weekend?
  19. Never liked them. Probably because I had mates who were Wednesday / Bradford fans. Funny how they influence you
  20. Going to Huddersfield town on loan. Horrible club.
  21. We went to Yatai Izakaya in the end, excellent place!
  22. Ah right, thought they were playing Chelsea next. Everton would have been fairly routine given the way they are playing.
  23. Very happy for Leicester, truly amazing. Spurs fucked it last week but it's a shame that they couldn't make Leicester have to beat Chelsea on the weekend to win it. I have no doubt that they would have still done it.
  24. Game on at the London hun dome. 2-1 spurs currently.
  25. Unsurprisingly (and justifiably) Griffiths has won player of the year with that gimp Tierney young player of the year.
