Watched it the other day, thought it was ok, with some funny bits. Matt Le Blanc was funny enough but Chris Evans was trying too hard. He clearly knows his cars, hopefully it'll just take him a couple of episodes to get going. I was thoroughly bored of the old format so hopefully they manage to change it up a bit. My fear is that it will only last 1 series. I'd love to see the grin wiped off Clarkson's face.

Did he play alongside Kenny then? I'd prefer to see Shankland go out on loan again, if only to make sure his confidence was sky when he came back. I've not really been convinced by him when he has played, but i'd like to think a year in the championship should have resolved his finishing issues.

Have heard rumour is that we're interested in Stevie Mallan of St. Mirren - Shankland could be part of that deal, IF, and it's a big IF, he's willing to be part of a cash deal. He's a midfielder, but can't say I know much about him, scored a few goals over his time. Anyone know much else?

It is a complete joke. Especially given that out all the Scottish teams bar Celtic, we've progressed the furthest in recent time. I'm just hoping for an easy ride in the first round (and ideally beyond), the second round holds some big teams. The way United treated van Gaal was embarrassing (at least it appeared that way).
