I don't disagree, rightly or wrongly he is the best we have. He's not the future though, certainly not if we have bigger ambitions imo. He has too many concentration and positional flaws to be a first team regular in the bigger games but can certainly do a decent job against most teams. Problem is, he can't lead anyone alongside of him, which is why Taylor and Reynolds' weaknesses are even more obvious. Anderson is the reason why both he and Reynolds looked decent. His ability to talk them through games was only realised after he'd gone. Two centre halves are a priority this summer.
