I was also thinking about this today - I was reading a tims forum discussion about Mowbray and a comment was made that even Jimmy Calderwood has a better european record than Mowbray does Then that made me think of Motherwell in europe last season

I must admit I was quite surprised to read that the other day Top 6, Europa League, cup final and exciting attacking attractive football - whoever our new manager is he better hit the ground running

So Montana it is ok if we finish in the bottom 6 next season as long as we have had loads of injuries

You can say that about almost every team tho - if Jamie Smith had kept injury free who knows what might have happened And I don't agree that our JMG mob would accept bottom 6 - it would be outrageous if they did after the fuss they have made about Jimmy - I don't expect them to give our new manager any less of a hard time - in fact I demand it of them

Mizer if Jimmy had made us that good a team that Rangers would have wanted him as their manager I suspect even you would have been gutted to see him go You cannot question his commitment to the dons when he was with - that is just riddiculous McGhee on the other hand at this precise moment has shown none

The tims may have been interested last season when he took Motherwell to 3rd but lets face it that's why a lot of us don't fancy him for the dons cause he couldn't sustain it
