Technically not. As the teams to be relegated from Div 2 the season the are promoted from div 3 will not be in the same league. same would happen the next season if they were promoted (div1 - div 2) and then again the following season.(spl -div1)

Went along to a comedy open mic night tonight to check out the room because I am doing a set there next week. There was a comedian on who I thought looked like a female version of Mizer only to find out that she was a transgendered comedian. So there is a chance it could have been mizer. Personally I don't find female comedians funny and so far I am yet to hear a funny transgendered one too.
