Oh they’ve offered £5 million. No doubt on the basis of Cardiff and Burnley’s bid of £3 million for Windass. ???????? Wake me up when Scottish fitba journalism’s sycophancy reduces to non-transfer window normality.

We started off giving them too much time on the ball. There was a point in about the 10th minute I was screaming at the telly as their CB's were knocking it about between them and Cosgrove was the only one in their half. McLean then stepped up and was providing a bit of support for Cosgrove and we got a foothold. Started to press and the huns only response was thumping long balls up to Morelos and occasionally Candieas. Both were getting frustrated as they were being dealt with quite easily. Said about the 40th minute "we need to get another before half time. Wasn't too worried when we went in at 1-0 as thought we'd have another 20/25 minutes in the tank. Second half we reverted to the same as first ten minutes. No press, midfield getting sucked into defending in tight areas, balls ricocheting around and when it was cleared no one to offer support to Cosgrove. Yet the huns were still not creating any decent chance; even their goal was luck rather than any real danger. Christie whole game was 1/2/3 touches too many. Easiest ball is the best one, it's why he's fine against the Partick's and Hamilton's but playing against the bigger boys you need better decision making. Some of the huns were doing it too but they weren't too pussy to clatter through our players, instead of Christie's stop and wave a toe at the ball as it's hoofed down field to create a break. Have to agree with comments re: Halliday. When we did have attacks down there, was often 3 huns defending (obviously recognising the weakness but too often Christie's extra touches meant we took no advantage of a player in the middle being out of position Ref was shit too. Obviously got told at half time that if he continued giving decisions correctly he 'd have to send at least one hun off. Lead up to their goal was a joke. Cosgrove gets pulled up for a shove in the back. Then Ball gets a two handed shove in his back, someone else at the back maybe Considine? nothing given all within about 90 seconds. Morelos should have been off for raising his hands to Logan, no different to Floods the night before. Goss should have been off too for two yellows. What have we got from the BBC today?? "Was Aberdeen Penalty Call Correct?" Fuck off...

What TLG said. I have a feeling McAllister was in charge of Leeds when Cheltenham beat them at Elland Road in league 1 with my current postie setting up the winner... -
OOOfft! dinna let them hear you say that! It was Darlington, and the safe cracker, George Reynolds. Seating built for Hobbits but had marble and gold taps etc. in the bogs. 25000 seats for a club with average attendances of about a tenth of that... Didn't the fans also stop going because the stadium was a vanity project, him and his wife were arrogant shits who put no money into that actual fitba and ended up bankrupting the club? I seem to remember Reynolds offering advice to the FA over New Wembley, even. They started again playing at a local rugby ground if I remember.

Well it'll certainly be interesting, a circus, but interesting. The guffies never seem to learn. Then again neither do huns. We running a book on whether he makes it to being resigned in early 2019 or will he just do a Sol Campbell/Notts County at the end of August? -
My comment was based on (if I remember right) Shankland seemingly being thought more highly of at youth level, until Watt ended up on the pitch v Barca. Based on nothing more than I see him play semi regularly we should be at least looking at Mo Eisa from Cheltenham, although he may be out of our price range.

Obviously working on the basis the sevco will never ever reach the Champions League. Which leaves open the question, why invest in a debt ridden Scottish club. Thick Cunts. -

Be nice to think you are correct but would be odd timing. Miss a Europa qualifying spot and in all likelihood suffer points deductions next season too. Plus lose control over assets secured on Close Brothers finance? -
Rather have Shankland back, I think.

Well, That’s the league gone. We have to beat this sevco side they’re utter shite. -
TBF that's true of everywhere, it's always been true in the UK and most of ours are now doing it in americaland too, especially with the advent of streaming services and the increased demand for and exposure TV series are getting. Off the top of my head; Walton Goggins, The Shield, Sons of Anarchy, Justified. Timothy Olyphant, Deadwood, Justified, Santa Clarita Diet. Ian McShane, Deadwood, Ray Donovan, American Gods. Paula Malcomson Deadwood, Sons of Anarchy, Ray Donovan, Broken, Come Home Dayton Callie, Deadwood, Sons of Anarchy, Fear the Walking Dead Mahershala Ali, The 4400, Treme, House of Cards, Luke Cage, (and the latest True Detective?) Molly Parker, Deadwood, House of Cards, Goliath, Lost in Space Martin Freeman, The Office, Fargo, Sherlock, Start Up. Or maybe it's just actors from Deadwood...

Maybe hoping his misses' gangster mates can protect them from Close Brother's repossession agents.

For clarity, I just meant him going to the huns in the summer. I was ignoring the sensationalist bit about the gonky eyed cunt. -

Have thought for a while that this was a possible scenario. -
Teebay (I think). I quite like the motorway over the peak district.

Can’t be much enjoyment in beating someone with obvious learning disabilities, at a computer game??

Surprising! When you consider his team is full of great, amazing players, who put in fantastic and mesmerising performances... Went to see them end of December up in Dingwall against St Johnstone. Eagles was a complete fanny and waste of a jersey, soon as he was swapped for their own youth player Keillor-Dunn they looked a different team. The lad they have on loan from the tims was decent too, Lindsay. Davies looks fucked although he did go off at half time, so may just have been playing with an injury. However it was poor tactics and player selection that meant they only drew that game he needed to change it in the first half but didn't and I think only Davies injury forced the change at half time. A decent appointment will see them safe this season as likes of Fontaine should shore up the defence and there is the ability in the final third, if utilized correctly. Difficulty will be replacing the likes of Gardyne, Davies etc in next few years so I think they will eventually end up back in the first.

January was a disappointment. I can accept what Rico says, that it is difficult. Can't help feeling that finance may well have been wasted on Woodman that might have been used elsewhere, though. Cosgrove has to be some kind of sweetener on another deal. We're now 2 games down in our 4-6 games against the sevco & the tims and still no closer to laying a glove on either of them. To compound this we've also witnessed a bottle job against Hibs. It's not looking good. There needs to be an upturn in performances, using the squad he has now, and that starts with the mindset from the top down...

This has to be the most negative fans have ever gotten over these fixture(s). Calderwood, at least, had us pushing the glasgae cunts and getting resullts. Fuckng depressing, knowing your team are going to capitulate before a ball has been kicked.. Over to you Mr MacIneeesssss (sic) ?
-
Have to say was hoping for a 1-0 win. Then for Zenit to score first minute of injury time, so the tims ran about like mentalists for the remaining 29 minutes, equalising at the death, before a humiliating and degrading penalty shoot out loss without scoring a single one. *this may not have been possible within the rules.

Wasn't he supposed to have been "not as good" as Lawrence Shankland at youth level? Fairly poor goals to games ratio, boy should stick to his film website RottenTonyWatto's or whatever it's called.
-
Strange post given you defended McInnes’ transfer window. Can’t wait for the split... ?
-
Yay! What hivs have done to warrant the glasgae “tactics” from mcinnes is unfuckingknown.

Though Woodman was a liability. Should have been off his line quicker for the first, gave the united boy far to big a target to hit. Then he nearly gifts them a goal by coming for a ball O'Connor had, instead he should have been dropping to provide O'Connor with an angle to play the ball out of danger. The second goal he was off balance resulting in him having to adjust his feet before going for the save, if he'd been able to spring immediately he'd have got to the ball. Fuck knows why McInnes didn't make subs at about the hour mark?
