It could be argued that Diamond is just as injury prone. AFC should definitely be making inquiries IMHO. Anderson can't be that difficult to deal with if he wanted to come back.

It's a shame you are unable to make your own decisions. I'll go for option c, as I think the squad is on a par with last season's. McGhee isn't (currently) getting the best out of them.

Either we don't have a better squad than last year, or the players are letting us down (surely not!), or McGhee is struggling.
