The solution is we get a manager in with a better track record of working on limited resources. Another part of the solution is that the board release more funds to the manager, whether it is McGhee or not.

C'mon he's been crying out to be dropped, so seeing as McGhee won't do it, the decision has been taken away from him.

That's my understanding of it as well, he gets another year added on every season. He's basically on a 1 year contract, that gets extended every year.

That's my concern too. I am also worried if we get rid of the players like Mackie and Young (who have gone as far as they can at the club) they are replaced by players who won't have the same fight.
