I'm sure it's a very difficult job dealing with players , agents and timing. However, surely you crave success as a manager and look months ahead as to whom might be available. It seems Glass and DM leave things to the last minute having been content with beating Hibs to some signing a few days before the window shuts. It's shit management. All these promises. I think Besuijen will be brilliant but he may be 1 quality player we have other than Ramsay (who could be gone) I see the rest as bang on average players who cannot lift their game when the chips are down unfortunately. I still like Ramirez but he needs quality balls and space to thrive. I also wish Hedges had stayed.

I don't get the Hedges criticism. He's a fantastic, exciting player on his day and he's had plenty of 'days'. He's been the most exciting player for a few seasons we've had and has great skills. His choices sometimes haven't been great but I think many fans seem to forget some of his moves and brilliance at taking on players successfully. I understand he can go for free at the end of the season but prior to that, to not get at least £1mill for him is very strange management/business.
