  1. Definitely a thing in Scotland too, no real surprise there: http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-38208329 Powerful interview with the victim on the news today. I should whisper this, but Regan came across much better in his interview than anything the Nigel FA have produced which all seems to be a bit brand-conscious. "We're sorry about what happened ages ago, and it was ages ago. We'll look into it. Please don't stop watching Match of the Day." No details in the article on whether Hugh Stevenson had sex with men or women, or both, over the course of his life, but he certainly appears to have been a paedophile, and therefore a terrible cunt.
  2. Apparently the linesman waited 13 seconds before putting his flag up to disallow the Rangers goal. Ace.
  3. Teams wearing their proper colours in all games, unless there's a genuine clash with the opposition's strip. And, as an extension of this, teams changing just their socks, instead of the whole kit, if there's only a clash with the opponent's socks. Eg. Aberdeen wearing white socks away to Dundee when Dundee used to wear red socks.
  4. Ah Saint Andrew. Patron Saint of Scotland, Greece, Romania, and, although this is not widely known, of shiteing out of taking control of one's own destiny.
  5. Agree with this. What's really emerged for me, from the reaction of most Dons fans is that football fans on the whole are quite happy to swallow whatever nonsense they are fed by the club. Portraying ourselves as somehow superior to Rangers fans, or fans of any other club, in this regard has been shown to be false. IMHO. Actually I shouldn't have been surprised by this, it's hard to think of any group of Scottish fans who have really managed to effect any meaningful change or significant opposition to what their club (or its representatives) are telling them. The Hands Off Hibs campaign might qualify. Annoyingly, England seems to have a slightly better developed tradition of fitba fans questioning / criticising their club. AFC Wimbledon and FC United are obvious examples. AFC have reached the situation where 95% of their fans are utterly convinced that staying at Pittodrie isn't an option, without presenting any evidence beyond saying "it's too expensive". It's an indicator both of the blind faith of fitba fans, and of a 20 year campaign of obfuscation (I'm not sure that's the right word BTW) undertaken by the club.
  6. Aye aye. I'm Tamzarian. Another een coming across from dons-mad in an inflatable boat and wearing a fake life jaiket. Please don't lock me in the back of a lorry and block off all air til I'm deid. Cheers.
