Any info? Think in the Q&A Glass said there would be a bunch of behind closed door games, starting last Thursday night. And another today? Anyone got any info??

    Inverness on Tuesday.

Then I think there’s two games in one day strangely (Reading & St Johnstone) - presumably the squad split in two.

So, we’re only playing two games effectively before the Hacken game.

That seems far too few - another couple of games are needed.

The Club are really milking this Ramirez signing, and when I say that, I mean they are acting, on Social Media anyway, that he's some sort of messiah ( Or Superman ? ) I just pray that it does not backfire and he becomes a Dud.

I am definitely going into this Season with confidence, the more time Glass, Russell & Apaloo get to work with them, the better. Perhaps I have just given up with McInnes' eye bleeding negative shite for the last 3 years that anything new was bound to excite me, but I truly believe we're going to be a good team this Season, a team that surprise a good few people.

Either that or we'll be mid-table shite and out of both cups early. ( The saving grace there is that Glass is only on a 12 month rolling contract )

    Come on you Fucking Reds!

You don’t think the squad is a bit thin/weak on certain areas?

    I do.

All outfield areas apart from central midfield.

    We have TWO strikers.

We are weak for wingers (if we’re counting Kennedy & McLennan). McGinn can’t play there now, & Hayes showed signs of coming up for 34.
Hedges might play off the right… we need a fast winger.

    Central defence:

    Gallagher - should be solid

Considine - should be a back up now

Devlin - injury prone waste of a wage

McCrorie - not really a central defender.

Was that not brown? I reckon Cormack and Glass will think so. Nae for me like. Ramirez would have been an exciting signing if the Hernandez thing hadn't happened previously.

I'm slightly struggling to see how a front two of Ramirez and Jet fits the fast flowing fitba promised.

None of the signings have pace.

Bizarre recruitment policy for a team that is supposedly going to play with a high press.

Going by the mixed comments on the signings so far, would enough folks sitting on the fence re season tickets,be pushed over the line by a few more tasty signings.Eg say 2000 new ticket sales = appx £700k. If we bought for eg,a couple of £350k players. ie could we recoup close to that type of investment in ST sales?

Not convinced theres enough young talent coming thru(possibly because McInnes didnt encourage it enough),but as things stand,if the Ferguson situation doesnt change soon,I think a couple more in would be worth a punt

    We were promised “exciting signings”.

    They've not really materialised

With a centre back, centre mid and centre forward now signed, that’s the spine of the team in place so I don’t expect too many more signings.

maybe another centre back and a wide player and that’ll be that, especially given there are a lot of noises about youth being given a chance this season.

    Need a winger, a centre half & a 3rd striker too, surely?

Interesting to see the Sun specifically mentioned the charge relates to his time as a footballer and not his plumbing business.

If you told me a Dons right back was caught up in a money laundering scheme, Logan wouldn't be my prime suspect.

    Really?

    He’d be my prime suspect.

Only he doesn’t have the intelligence to think about placement, layering & integration.

Gurr joins on a one year deal (no loan). Welcome aboard etc.

Pretty safe to assume he’ll be shite.

He’s 25 & played less than 20 games at a level that’s at Scottish Championship  level.

What would we be saying if we’d signed Ayr’s 25 year old full back who’d only played 18 games?

This just re-affirms my doubts about Glass (& Cormack for that matter!)

Where are the “exciting signings” we’ve been promised?

We won’t qualify for Europe is my prediction.

For a tie at this stage, it’s about as difficult as we could get.

    Swedish so no mugs

    Home first

    Their mid season.

They have representation at Euro 2020.

Not the tie we’d have picked, that’s for sure, especially with them in mid-season.

    How remiss of me…

    I meant “they’re” mid-season above, not “their”

One of Finnish squad in Euros plays for them.

David Preece who coaches out there comments on them are below.

Do you enjoy making threats to posters?

That's usually what gets people into moderation in the first place. Meanwhile you ignore RST making ridiculously insulting posts.

PS - I'm allowed to be against women in men's football. It isn't illegal (yet).

Some call it insulting… I call it factually correct.

I was logging in as a number of different usernames over the Christmas period after several people kindly gave me their login details.

The crazy zealot running the show traced the IP, and banned everyone else involved.

It's just AberdeenMad all over again. Give one man too much power and it goes right to his head.

The forum you were unceremoniously booted out of you mean? Or was that AFC Chat?
    Wee fat, bald man syndrome?

And why are you sending me messages privately?
    Creepy wee man ?

I see Greg Kiltie signed for St Mirren. There was a lot of talk a few years back that he was going to be class. I can say I've seen much of him, but would he have been worth a punt?

    No.

Think that is rehash of old stories. Will be really surprised if Ramirez gets a work permit.

ETA: Definitely old story as mentions taking Gurr on loan but he has been waived by Atlanta so no longer on their books.

He’s still regarded as a loan as MLS hold his contract (I think)

But yes, it’s basically regurgitated stories from weeks ago.

Lol, triggered much. I don’t know you at all and by the sounds of it I wouldn’t want to.

You can think what you want. You won’t be changing my opinion by whining like a, em, I was going to say girl but maybe that will hurt your feelings again.

You’re as much of a pr1ck on here as you were on AFC chat before you took a “girly” huff & fucked off from there.

    A f ucking laughing stock

I am indeed mysogynistic. I’m not a prick.

Its OK, as a bloke you have a clear choice as to whether you agree with this women in football nonsense or not. Whoever is responsible for this is clearly on the wind up.

You can have a problem with it if you want. All I see is spineless acquiescence from the blokes of the UK to this blatant female coup.

Next we will be seeing teams reduced to 10 players, half blokes, half split arses.

Who in their right mind would pay to watch that rubbish. Careful what you wish for with your female worship, you’re meant to be a man.

Hopefully Ogilvie will be restricted to making tea and sandwiches and washing up after the boys. Otherwise we’re fkd.

I have no idea what impact Zoe Ogilvie will have.

    Maybe very little. Who knows?

What I DO know is that your CONSTANT anti hun, and now anti-women posts are f ucking tedious, as they were on on AFC chat before you ran away from there.
