  1. Aye, I dont think he's been as bad as made out,but some of our support are too quick to pounce on a mistake. I do think Lewis is a bit of a confidence player though, and a settled defence would benefit abdy
  2. Assuming the cheque book isnt about to come out soon, think were going to have to allow for an erratic season, which is reasonable IMO,but not sure a large section of our support think so. Weve a good core to the side, and weve caught glimpses of what our more attacking approach may look like eventually.Personally,if the cheque book was to come out,and we got a good solid partner for Gallacher,I think that might restore some of Lewis' confidence, and encourage those further up the pitch
  3. Created a lot of our own problems, but reckon theyre beatable. They looked shaky under attack.Should be a good one next week, surely we cant play as poorly
  4. Aye,looks a bit rushed at times though
  5. Passing needs to improve
  6. Try the Muckle Cross on Elgin high st Guessing thats a back 3. No idea what to expect but I fancy a sneaky 1 nil win for no reason
  7. Maybe not a bad thing to get what we'd thought our weaknesses were, exposed this early in the season. Hopefully keep the tie alive on Thursday and make a change or 2 soon
  8. Gurr sleeping
  9. Gurrs had a couple of wicked crosses. Movement and availability for the ball much better this season.Doing ok without Brown so far
  10. What a beauty. Go Jet
  11. Dah ken, stream here though,http://www.hesgoal.com/news/84870/Raith_vs_Aberdeen.html
  12. Understand the changes, but that line up doesna fill me with over confidence. Prove me wrong though chaps,COYR
  13. Agreed, hence rather be one of the 15'000 on Thursday to a 5000ish v Dumbarton in the cup.Going by the opposition so far, they havent been that far off our level either tbf
  14. Last(only) time I was at Starks park was a Scottish cup game early 80s.Old terraces, packed ground, great atmosphere.2 - 1 Dons.Only downside was buying Andy Harrow not long after. Could be a tricky wee game this weekend, think Raith are quite a good attacking side? Raith 2 - Dons 3 (Hedges,Hayes,Ramirez)
  15. Hope I'm wrong, but think he might end up being labelled enigmatic longer term,....but for the time being, enjoying what he's doing and the enjoyment he seems to be getting from it.
  16. Aye,they were a tidier team than I'd thought. We'll need to step it up in the next game. Some of our attacking movement and passing was good to watch though
  17. not a tactical genius but am guessing McRorie in midfield,or is he part of a 3? Looking forward to it though, hope were up for it. 3 - 1 Dons if we are (Ramirez,Ferguson and Hayes later)
  18. Edgy comment, but with a degree of civility ?
  19. Caley or Hamilton might be ambitious if he doesnt step it up.Frustrating player, looks intelligent, like there should be something worth working on,....til he takes to the pitch, and more often than not youre wondering,...what the heck you doing yi flippin spoon??
  20. Breidablik won a league game 3 - 1 tonight
  21. Will take an ugly win. Aye, thought Gurr caused them problems,McGeough had a good game.McGinn and Jet rather anonymous, but a tough place to get any win and to do it the way we did was rather enjoyable. Pittodrie should be rocking on Thursday,COYR
  22. Go Teddy boy
  23. That was rather shite
  24. Some bold/strange changes there ?
