  1. They've had a lot of the ball but not that many chances. Not that we've done much to deserve being level. Can't be as crap second half, hopefully a Celtic type next 45 mins. COYR
  2. Wasnt aware of Peter Leven before Saturday if I'm honest, but he showed more managerial clout than weve seen most of the season. So along with Warnocks limited input, fairly confident we'll work out a good way to play this game. Not overly confident of a win,but of a decent showing at the least Oot Prediction 2 - 2 Miovski brace
  3. Nae sure if youre being tongue in cheek, but pretty sure he was. Much as I wanted Barry to succeed, listening to that Warnock interview was a breath of fresh air in comparison.Confident,no waffle, and a bit of fun,....why not just roll with it while it lasts....
  4. A break from the usual Scottish merry go round for a few months would be welcome IMO. Agree with Orlando above.I like Cormack too, still relatively green in football Chairmanship terms.Making mistakes, but not afraid to try,so the stick he gets is a bit OTT,he's about as good as we can ask for compared to folk that currently or want to run a club Neil is my current choice, not sure he's interested though. One of those Scandinavians if not...Knutsen,Thelin etc
  5. Am not averse to the idea now.Might get a laugh for a few months,...he might help sort out upstairs while hes at it.As long as we're stll looking or have someone in mind for next season
  6. Had forgotten it was an early kick off,so was pleasantly surprised to see the full time result at work.Beeb described the second half as fantastic. Some finish fae Bojan
  7. We did try a coupla defenders (Pollock and Kerr),and a couple of other positions, but fell through for whatever reason.Just glad we didnt lose any of the key players.Surprised we turned down the Barron bid,...just have to see what difference a new guy makes with this squad
  8. Bids for Duk(1.75m apparently),and Barron(£500k) have been rejected.Looks like no ins or outs,unless.....
  9. Who knows, maybe the players will have a chat/know better on how they should line up. Unfortunately Duk and Barron could potentially be away tonight so not holding out much hope result wise Oot Working up North Prediction - 0 - 3
  10. Wingers are like hens teeth these days are they not.If none are available,as long as you have guys on the sides that are attack minded and at least have some pace, and learn or are coached how to use /make space and where to make runs/anticipate others etc.Possibly gives you more variety(or less predictability) in attack? Hence we should maybe have persisted more with Duk on the left, and got A n other on the right
  11. Flippin nora...
  12. Interim til the end of the season maybe
  13. Feel sorry for the boy,but it was all getting a bit silly.Thinking Agnew may have been more of a hindrance than a help tactically. Hope they've been anticipating this might happen, and sounding out replacements.Michael O'Neill a reasonable shout.Struggling for other names....
  14. Robson post match, doesnt recognise what the issues were... Aberdeen manager Barry Robson tells BBC Scotland: "We looked a bit leggy tonight. We should have been 2-0 up at half-time, without playing really well. "I'm frustrated for the players, they've put a lot into it. They're a big side, but we have to deal with that. What we can do is take our chances at the other end, but we didn't play sparklingly well but we had enough control and chances to make sure we won. "The fans were very good tonight. Some of them can voice that frustration - that's football. But they were trying to will us on at the end. "For me, the focus is on trying to win the game at the weekend. It's not about me. It's about the players, preparing them for the next game. There is no panic from me."
  15. Pretty unmemorable first half,Dundee unlucky not to score. As Tosh said, the more defensive minded we set up,the more we lose the knack of attacking. Some of Phillips energy in the second half might be worth a try. Better than expected crowd though
  16. Roos Milne MacDonald Jensen Devlin Clarkson Shinnie Mckezie McGrath Sokler Miovski Strange one, could be the final nail in Robbos coffin, but lets see how it goes. Some folk suggesting Rubezic could be out long term, though nothing confirmed
  17. Apparently he can play as a winger too. Energetic/physical,something we do lack,....but then you realise he's struggled at Wycombe
  18. Not sure how long McGarry is out for,but curious to see what he could do as a winger in the current formation.Be surprised if we dont get a last minute loan or signing or 2 ,Robsons last hope of delaying the probable In or Oot - See how i feel after work Prediction - something shite like a 1 - 1 draw. Miovski
  19. Was looking promising but not in it second half.Game in midweek V an in form Dundee could be interesting....
  20. ^^^.....Im interested in a google translate for bookie terminology Oot Avoiding the game this afternoon via countryside stroll.Wouldnt be surprised to come back to a baffling 3 - 0 win for the Dons(ala McGhee) Prediction - reality says 3 - 1 them, ruby for Dons
  21. Bollocks
  22. embarassed to be ahead...
  23. Think Clarksons also been a bit anonymous, would take one of them off for Duk to rummel them up a bit.If I must be positive,McKenzie continues to impress
  24. as dour as expected...
