That's the dream, but I suspect they will be able to lose that one. I thought they would bottle it tonight, but once again, came back from being behind the claim the points. Need more than just luck to keep winning games like that. Quote

Hearts were hardly amazing, der hun shat it big time. Motherwell away is now a giant banana skin for Hearts cos that is no easy game but if they were to get through that with a win it the title is probably going to Tynecastle. Quote
Mason89 Posted 8 hours ago Report Posted 8 hours ago They’ll drop points to Motherwell and Falkirk in the worlds biggest bottle job It’s Hearts Quote
RicoS321 Posted 7 hours ago Report Posted 7 hours ago They've equalled our best points total already though. Fairly impressive. I think 80 points might win it this year. The Tims don't look like a team that will win their remaining games, let alone turn around a goal difference. Quote

Panda Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago I felt if Hearts could take at least four points from Hibs & Rangers they would win it. They got six, and were behind in both games. They can afford to lose a game now and still win it. I've heard Celtic fans say if it's alive on the final day then Celtic will do what they need to do and score as many as they need, but I don't think they will. This isn't the Celtic side of old. It's one that has filled itself with project players and relied on previous title winners who have regressed from what they once were. I don't think Celtic will win their three remaining games. Honestly, I could see Hearts beating Motherwell and Celtic dropping points to Rangers, meaning Hearts can win it at home in midweek. Is it good for Aberdeen? Unlikely. It makes Hearts significantly stronger, especially if they reach the group stages of the Champions League. Maybe not enough to win it again if Celtic finally spend their vast reserves, but enough to make it more difficult for us to close the gap on them. However, I'm beginning to accept it. It stings, especially because it's Derek McInnes, but I have a few Hearts pals I'll be happy for. What's more important than anything though is that we sort ourselves the fuck out, because we need to at the very least be competitive again at the top end. Quote
