In Glasgow tonight for a Rick Astley  concert. A Xmas present for the Wife.

Not my thing musically, but put on a good show and he can certainly sing.

Gabrielle, who had a few hits in the 90s, was the support and wasn't to keen on her.

At the gig there was an ex fitba player from the 80s/90s, but for the life of me I couldn't recall the name, but was sure it was an ex hun and then it came to me. Ex hun, diet hun and Dundee hun, Cammy Fraser.

I don't think I would know any current SPL players if I was sitting next to them, bar about a handful of Dons.

He admitted himself that he keeps his best until last, as everyone would fuck off if he played it early. His actual words. 

He has apparently had a couple of number one albums in the past few years, but I only knew his 80s stuff and they sounded decent with his 9 piece band.

Not my cup of tea at all musically, but as I said, he was decent enough and he can hold a tune and has assembled a decent band.

I've been to much worse gigs of bands I do actually like.
