Never been one for mock outrage or cyber grief but I was honestly gutted to hear the news that MCA of the Beastie Boys had lost his battle with cancer.

 

 

That is sad news. The Beastie Boys did a lot for their genre. I was always a fan.

Don't get me wrong. I don't mind admitting that Coldplay are my favourite band on earth right now.. but if that's a Coldplay version of Fight for Your Right then I don't think I want to watch it!
