AN ABERDEEN FC season ticket holder has been banned from Pittodrie for life after shouting racist abuse at a Kilmarnock FC player.

Paul Webster was arrested during Aberdeen FC’s Scottish Premier League clash at Pittodrie on Saturday.

The 48-year-old Aberdeen FC fan was reported to stewards by an offended witness before police were alerted, the city’s sheriff court heard.

Webster, whose address was given in court papers as 42 Wales Street, Aberdeen, escaped being slapped with a UK-wide football banning order, only to be barred from Pittodrie Stadium by Aberdeen FC bosses.

I agree. No room for racism or any other type of narrow minded bigotry.

Got to love the fact that they always give the actual address. I wonder if it's only in the North East that these get published?
