Paul Webster was arrested during Aberdeen FC’s Scottish Premier League clash at Pittodrie on Saturday. The 48-year-old Aberdeen FC fan was reported to stewards by an offended witness before police were alerted, the city’s sheriff court heard. Webster, whose address was given in court papers as 42 Wales Street, Aberdeen, escaped being slapped with a UK-wide football banning order, only to be barred from Pittodrie Stadium by Aberdeen FC bosses.
