Can anyone name the aberdeen player who died around about 1988? Cant remember his name or what he died of. He was a first team player if i remember correctly

Possibly Gary Riddell. Had not long left us for Dunfermline when he passed away. Don't remember a first team player of ours dying in the 80s.

Aye,Riddell is the only one i can think of....died in 89 whilst a Dunfermline player.....
