Aye,Riddell is the only one i can think of....died in 89 whilst a Dunfermline player.....

A couple for me.... Eoin Jess against the great unwashed...takes the ball down in the centre circle..and he`s away!! Brilliant finish. The other one (against the huns again) was at Pittodrie in the 92-93 season when the Donald stand was being built.... It was`nt the finish by Shearer,but the lead up play...pass,pass,pass.....the huns never got a sniff of the ball until they took the kick off!! And i will have to give a special mention for Rico`s screamer against Torino..what a goal.

Seeing as im new.....what ive read over the last year or so.... One Minute to Midnight by Michael Dobbs....all about the Cuban Missile Crisis,excellent read.. The Unforgiven by Rob Bagchi...Don Revies time at Dirty Leeds... The Final Days by Bob Woodward & Carl Bernstein...Watergate.. Kennedy,A Life by Robert Dallek...JFKs life...(surprisingly... ) Nixon,Alone in the Whitehouse by Richard Reeves...got a thing going with reading about ex-presidents!!! And the book i can recommend to anybody reading this is Wonderland Avenue by Danny Sugerman. Best read ever.

I was going to mention Bagshaw...... Dons fans have heard this all before...big clubs sniff around a raw talent,decides to sign for us as we will `look after him` and he will get chances in the 1st team....... Hope im wrong,i really do...be a nice change to get a kid in that can actually play the feckin game,stay around for a couple of years and sell him on 2 years down the line for a nice fee...... Good luck to him....just hope he bides awa when Kerr`s arranging the next `night oot`
