I've really enjoyed this series

Been traipsing through all the Scandinavian Noir.  Have seen The Killing 1 & 2, The Bridge and I am now on Borgen.  All very good but I have to say that The Killing 1 might possibly be the best drama series of at least the last 10 years - outstanding stuff.  Series 3 (the final series) starts on BBC4 on 17th November 

surprises me when non-political junkies are into borgen. can't believe how long they're keeping the second series back for. better be worth it. danish ballbags.

I think Borgen series 2 is due early next year on BBC4.

The Killing III.  Decent first couple of episodes!

Enjoyed the first two episodes of the new series of The Killing. Thought the first was brilliant, second was good but not quite on the same level, so far III seems up there with the first.

Southland is back. 

The Killing III is miles better than the second series.  Episode 4 was particularly good.

Enjoyed Falcon.

Repeats of old episodes of Dragnet from the late 60s/1970. It takes itself so seriously, and the stereotyping of characters is so pronounced, it's absolutely hilarious.

Followed every night by Barney Miller, cracking show!

Watched most of Braveheart last night. Last time I watched it I was a kid. It's amazing what you don't understand when you watch it as a kid.

Spies of Warsaw on BBC 4. Absolutely fantastic.

Started watching Touch recently, still not sure what to make of it yet.  I think I like it.  It's still hard not seeing Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bower.

I'm sick of series that would make an excellent one off constantly being dragged out to cash in with more series. Looks as though the next series could be set in scotland tho which would be good.

Heard pre airing of last nights episode that a second series had been commissioned and said the herself that it was guaranteed that the serial killer would not be caught in last nights finale. Have to say it kind of ruined my enjoyment of what otherwise had been a really enjoyable series.
